They arrived and exactly what I expected as a few years before I bought a pack of 2 of them somewhere. I did a search for pens online and your site was one that that search led to. The price along with shipping and handling was very reasonable so I bought 2 sets of 2. A few days ago the second of the original set dried up so started using the new ones. The first stroke it wrote clearly with no mess so exactly what I had hoped for. I use very few pens now as am retired but have those for the future when needed.

Love the new Zebra ball point pens and refills. It's a good quality refillable, and using NORMAL ball point ink, not the nasty gel ink (which seems to dry out before the cartridge is empty), nor liquid ink (which uses a really sharp, scratchy point). The barrel is a little narrow for me, so I bought some separate silicone grips and put them on the pens. Wow -- new favorite pen!

Good refillable pens with regular ballpoint ink, not "gel", not "liquid". So happy to have found them! Bought a separate, larger (removable & reusable) silicone grip because the barrel was too narrow for me. New favorite pen! Keeping one at work & one at home.

One of the best pens I've ever used. The ink flows smoothly without skipping or globbing and the fine point facilitates fine writing for those of us who write small and need accurate neat lettering.

The ballpoint pen refills are a perfect match for my favorite pen. The smoth writing and comfortable point make it stand out from others.

I love Zebra pens. I have been using them for years. I wanted to purchase refills and could not find them in my area so I contacted your company and had them sent. The reasons I love your pens so much are: they are comfortable in my hand, smooth writing, fine point which is so great when I am writing checks and recording in my check book, they did last for a very long time before I had to get refills.

Zebra pens are my favorite and only pen. In the past, the refills hadn't been working very well. The ink skipped when writing; but, thankfully, these refills work perfectly.

I will put different color inks into each and will use them every day at my job. Sadly however, the ink that I will be using will not come from you. The ink that comes w/the pens plus these refills leave too much to be desired. They are too light in color, they skip lots and are simply horrid. They do NOT do justice to the awesome, super high quality F-701 pens. So I've investigated, searched, talked w/others and finally found another very well-known company's ink refills that will work just fine in your pens. I sincerely hope Zebra will step up soon, dump the ink they are now using and find a better quality ink for their pens. TY.
