Q: Is this a true lounge chair - meaning can you lay in a horizontal or semi-horizontal position? We see it's foldable and portable and we see the dimensions and know it can travel to the beach.

A: It is a lounger, but it does not open up flat. it maintains a seating position though reclined. your feet can be raised higher than your head. Think of it as an outdoor Lazy Boy recliner.

Q: How does one "lock" the chair position? Be aware that the tan chairs in local store did not have pillow -- the other 2 colors did.

Bolts kept falling out, but I figured it wasn't worth returning over that I could just keep putting them back on. Then the cords holding the fabric on started to break, and as I was looking at that, I noticed the fabric was actually coming apart at the seams. I am well within their weight limits for this chair! I bought this in April, so it lasted about 6 months. Bolts are now lost because they fell out when I folded it to put aside. If you want one that lasts a year then avoid this one.

I bought one chair in 2019 and loved it! I just bought another, what I thought was the same chair and it doesn’t recline nearly as far as the original chair. Very disappointing

These chairs are extremely comfortable, great quality, and easy to carry. We had family over this weekend and used them for the first time. Multiple people said they could fall asleep on them. A little 'short' (I am 6', husband 6'3"). Only comfortable if we put our feet on the metal bar at the bottom - otherwise, it hits us mid calf. One chair is missing the headrest - ordered online for in store pick up and didn't notice until I got them home.

This is not a zero gravity chair! Your feet do not go higher than your heart. For 2 months it's lasted, mostly indoor use. "anti-gravity chairs tend to stop their list of features at reclining ability. This is mainly due to the fact that most anti-gravity chairs you'll find aren't electric, and therefore unable to offer the same features as their zero gravity chair counterparts."

Love these. Only drawback is the clamps for holding the chair in position any other way that fully reclined or all the way up are not super strong. I don't think the tag tells you about them either. Found out purely by chance. The adjustable headrest is really cool. The kids love this feature.
