[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent weed killer, sprayed it on the weeds between pavers in the morning and they were dead by the early evening. The sprayer is extremely easy and convenient to use and it has a safety nozzle that you can switch by turning to on or off. The smell is not offensive or strong. I would definitely use this again. I also like that it is pet friendly although I kept my dog away from it the first day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weed killer was effective at quickly killing off all the dandelions that were in our yard, and they stayed dead for awhile. There were two downsides to the product. The first is that it has a very strong odor. It’s not a bad smell, but it is pungent and it lingers for an extended period. The second downside was that the trigger did not work well on the spray handle. This meant that every time it is used, some gets on your hands. In turn, this means that your hands will smell very strongly of the product even after washing.

I do wish they’d made it easier to reuse; it’s a very solidly constructed pump for something that (as far as I can tell) is only intended to be used once. It smells great. I could smell it for days after application. I’m keeping the bottle and pump and refilling it with my homemade vinegar/salt based weed killer, even though it’s not the easiest to refill. The comfort of using it is worth the hassle. That’s all the good. The bad— it only partially worked. I used it on some flowerbed weeds, mostly dandelions, but primarily I focused on where our zoysia grass has crept into the flowerbeds. This section of flowerbed (that I took daily photos of) I REALLY REALLY soaked. It’s now a week later and it still looks like the last picture I took, about half green and half brown. I took one “before” picture (totally green), one 24 hours later, and the last one is 48 hours after application. I love that this is safe for both pets and wild animals. But until I figure out what it truly kills, and kills totally dead so I don’t have to worry about it again, I won’t be reusing Spruce. I hate glyphosate, but I also hate grass in my flowerbeds.

I was excited to try it as the ingredients appear to be alot safer than other brands. I was a little skeptical of it saying it works in less than an hour, but it really does! It took a bit of time to actually dry out, but they were wilted within the hour! I highly recommend this and it will continue to be a product I use!

It is highly effective at killing weeds. I noticed the weeds wilting after an hour after spraying. Overall, it’s a good product and the way it’s packaged and has a sprayer is a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Spruce Weed & Grass Killer from Influenster for review. And my short quick opinion on it is “Impressive”. This did not have a strong chemical smell to it like other products have but rather a light fresh piney scent that was quite pleasant. It was easy to use and dispense and made incredibly quick work of eliminating the weeds I had pushing up between my pavers. And I do mean quick! By the time I was done spraying the area, the first weeds I sprayed were already well on their way out! This is definitely a product I will use often!

It is easy to tote around and has a convenient sprayer that does a good job of spraying for even coverage on the targeted weeds. The only thing about the application that I feel would be improved is that pumping the hand to activate the spray is tiring. For this reason alone, I give it 4 stars out of 5. It would be great if there was a pressurized system, so that wouldn't be as bad. I really could see that the weeds were starting to die within probably 15 minutes of being sprayed! Overall, I'd definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally don’t handle the lawn care in our household because I don’t like working with chemicals, but knowing that this product was safe and environmentally friendly made me want to give it a try. I have kids and pets so safety is important to me. The product was so easy to use and set it up. I actually ended up spraying so many weeds in our mulch because I was having fun doing it. It also smells really good (lemons). By the next day all the weeds were dead so I did the rest of our flower beds. I still have a lot of the spray left for easy up keep when weeds pop up this summer. Definitely recommend for a super easy and safe way to get rid of weeds in your mulch beds.

It worked great on weeds, but definitely needed a little more to do grass but I live at the coast so our grass is a little more hardcore than regular grass maybe lol. But overall I would definitely use this for weeds around the yard and in our gravel area.

The value is great especially for the amount of product you get, and seems to be safer than other items on the market. The product is durable and is user friendly.

Just take off the seal and start spraying. The spray handle is strong enough that it doesn’t feel cheap or easy to brake before the bottle is used up. Neither my cat or dog had any kind of reaction to being around it. Cons; It seems to kill some weeds but doesn’t seem to hold up well to Kentucky dandelions! They seem to re grow in the same area within 2 days. wasn’t able to cover as much square area as it suggested on the bottle. All and all I do like the fact that it didn’t smell like chemicals and our animals were not effected by it. With that being said I would buy it again.

The weeds growing between the patio slabs were dead within 24 hours! We were able to sweep them up. The spray seems less effective on mulch beds since it doesn’t reach the roots, but, maybe it will just take longer. I am so pleased that this is pet and human safe so our dog doesn’t need to stay inside for hours after application. Overall, I was happy with this product and will be buying more!
