My wife and I have been taking this zinc complex steadily for several months and we love it! We discovered that a lot of Americans are zinc deficient and so were we and unfortunately the recommended FDA daily dosage in multivitamins isn’t enough to keep our immune systems functioning properly thanks for a fantastic product

I didn’t feel any different when I was taking it and with several other supplements already in my routine it was something I didn’t repurchase. The packaging was good and the appearance of the product is pretty appealing.

I like that they have straightforward ingredients and the beads allow for maximum absorption and effectiveness. There is a little bit of a funky smell that I’m knocking a star off for, but tbh this is expected and not as bad as other zinc pills.

It may be a coincidence but I’ve felt better throughout the season, even when others around me have been sick and it does seem to make me feel better overall. The microbeads look cool too which is a plus. I would definitely continue taking these.

I had the sniffles one night, took one of these pills, and in the morning I was good as new. The pill was easy to swallow and had no bitter taste. I also had no stomach issues after taking the pill, which can be common with zinc supplements. Overall I enjoyed this pill, and will use it for immune boosts in the future.

I felt a cold coming when these arrived and took them once a day and never got sick. I’m going to make sure I keep these in stock all through the cold/flu season. The vitamins are regular capsule size and easy to take. I do think the beadlets make it more effective

These caps have tiny little beads in them of zinc, B6 and Copper. You only need one tablet and there are enough for two months. They do not cause a stomach ache or any allergic reactions.
