Q: Which bed frame is best with this mattress?

A: Our mattresses are low maintenance. They only need a flat surface like a platform bed frame or the floor - but we do recommend a foundation to provide the mattress extra support. This includes a traditional box spring or a slatted bed frame—just as long as the resting area is flat and secure. Note that you can pair any of our mattresses with any of our bases, bed frames, or box springs.

I would call this firm, not medium firm. The first couple days, I found it painful. I got a mattress topper and got sort of used to it. I am 5’8” 225lbs and a side sleeper with hip pain. I want something more plush, but not so plush that I feel trapped when trying to roll over. It’s hard to find a good deal because being plus size, it’s recommended to get a high quality mattress that is DENSE. I’m going to return it and try something else. But it isn’t *that* bad, in that, I think it would work for someone else. One good thing is that you can sit on the end of the mattress. I think this would be a good mattress for someone who sleeps on their back.
