I would give 2.5 stars. I am unhappy when you buy something new and it comes damaged. My bench came with scrape marks all over it right out of the box. There are some definite issues with quality control. because of how difficult it would be to return, I put some oil on the marks and that seemed to hide them good enough.

Beautiful. Heavier and longer than expected but that's perfect. Nice, sturdy, thick wood, already put together. You only need to screw in legs, which are thick metal. We use it as a table and bench.
