I like the rubber protective cover that prevents damaging the floor if you accidentally drop them or bump them into something. The protective covering seems to muffle the sound when you do drop them on the floor. I like the hand grip as it fits nicely into my hand.

They are great for light workouts like yoga sculpt. I love the color as well, different than the same boring grey or black weights.
