This bar is durable, well made and a really cute color. The EVA foam padding is great. It has really helped with strengthening my arms and also for dead lifts. Great workout bar!!

Not a huge deal, as it helps to grip it and I can just wear lifting gloves while using it. This will be a big part of my work outs from now on.

I like how it has different hand placement options noted. It shows you where the direct center of the bar is, as well as balanced weight placement for both hands. This is a great tool to use at home in your down time for toning your body. Its perfect for working out your obliques and abs by swinging side to side and leaning left to right.
