The ball is 8 pounds, it’s textured for easy grip. I can use the ball in so many different routines. It seems light at first but after a few minutes into your exercise routine it can get heavy. I really like this ball because it built to last. It is made of what appears to be very heavy duty materials to handle the exercise routine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. It is available in different weights but this will do great for now.

I love the feel of the ball with its durable rubber shell. I'm an older guy, and starting to get those dreaded alligator arms...you know...the loose skin that comes with age. The 8lb. Ziva ball is my answer to avoiding alligator arms. I do a series of exercises that strengthen and tighten my arms. I'm sure this product can help in many areas, but this is how it has helped me. And I think it can help you too. Five stars for this product...it's so much fun!!

First and foremost I not only love the turquoise color, but it's made with a durable rubber shell and is textured which makes gripping and holding it alot easier! So, overall It's made pretty well, easy to hold, and has a little weight to it (8lbs) so it's great for a good workout. I'd definitely recommend!

It's limited some things I can do with my lower half but I'm still trying to work my upper half. This has been great in helping keep me active. It's also been a great help with the physical therapy I've been doing. Some things need a bit of weight and this can easily be used for that in more than one exercise. The texture of the ball is great. It seems like it'll hold up for a long time and it's easy to hold or catch.

The grip is pretty good but it can be better lots of falling on the floor because the grip and sweaty hands. Cant wait to get more in different weights for me and my wife!

It’s heavy enough to make padding it really fun for my boys, without being more than they can handle. My arms are my biggest trouble area so I’m excited to keep using this and watch for results. It seems to be quite well made and will be useful for us for many years. I’ll be looking into other sizes and variations at some point but for now this is great for us!

The 08 pound ZIVA Medicine Ball was the best decision I made to get in shape. This medicine ball is of high quality and made out of durable rubber. I like that it is easy to handle and grip. I use it in core training to help me with my shoulder rehabilitation and strengthening exercises. I like using my medicine ball while I am doing my crunches, toe touch, and twists. I can tell the difference when using my medicine ball. I feel great from using the ball. The medicine ball gives me the best whole body workout experience I have been looking to experience. I highly recommend it.

I feel like the 8 pound weight is ideal for what I was looking for. Something that works for me and for my son who is looking to lose a little covid weight gain, and get in shape a little. Nice rubberized, textured outer coating makes this have a no slip grip, and also provides a little buffer when my son drops it on the floor. Lots of simple exercises to do with the medicine ball can easily be found online. This is a great low cost and EFFECTIVE addition to any home gym. Would definitely recommend.
