I purchased the 12oz tumbler because of my previous experience with the 16oz model, purchased about eight years ago. Absolutely a fantastic tumbler! It keeps my coffee hot well over 24 hours. So I bought the 12oz model. It seems to be well made, but its insulating capability is not near what the older model is. Looks to me like “product improvement” updates have sacrificed thermal capabilities. That’s disappointing considering the high price of this tumbler!

We appreciate you sharing your experience with your new vacuum insualted mug. The mugs are still being produced the same way for a very long time. We made an improvement in the lid, making it a little easier to clean. In order to achieve the best performance possible, it's a good idea to prep the mug by filling it with hot water. After a few minutes, dispose of the water and fill the mug with your beverage. I hope this helps!

Leak proof, amazing design and super lightweight, keeps drinks hot for a long time and is very comfortable to drink from while driving. It doesn't need much effort or attention to open or close which is great. I purchased it for Christmas as a gift and after couple months of using everything is just great. Highly recommend.

This bottle is very lightweight. It is leakproof. I fill it with ice and water/juice then toss it in my backpack. I don’t have to worry about it leaking the liquid in my backpack. I love it!
