This is the best rice cooker! The rice comes out moist and flavorful. It is also easy to clean and maintain. Over the years I have owned many rice cookers but none as thoughtfully constructed and easy to maintain as its one.

At age 71 I swore I wouldn't buy any more appliances, but lo and behold, I did! This rice cooker makes perfect rice and now there is no more boil overs on stove and hard to clean pots! Its footprint is small so it really doesn't take up much room I am a Zojirushi FAN and LOVE the newest breadmaker, the Virtuoso Plus which I purchased last year after I had the first one for ages and then gifted it to my sister since I HAD to have the new one!

Absolutely love our newest Zojirushi addition. Perfect size for a couple,yet enough capacity for a small gathering of friends. Simple and precise. The delay timer is pure bliss, never worry over timing. And, of course, the multi-functional programming is so convenient for the variety of products we enjoy cooking. Our highest recommendation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does make really good rice but it takes at least 60 minutes making it the least convenient option when in a rush. It is really easy to setup and even plays a loud jingle when it is done. We've started using this more for meal prep than daily dinners and I've started to prefer this rice over the quicker methods.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Zojirushi rice cooker. Normally when cooking rice, the rice needs to be soaked, cooked and then allowed to steam to finish the cooking process. These steps are a vital part of cooking delicious rice but most of us when we cook rice we tend to skip the soaking and steaming. When skipping these steps it seems that rice cooks a lot faster but if you do incorporate the 30 minutes of soaking, cooking and 15 minute of steaming, it all adds up to be about an hour. The Micom rice cookers will do all these steps automatically for you so that you always enjoy the best-tasting rice each time. Our micom rice cookers include a Timer setting that allows you to set up the rice cooker ahead of time and set it so it will have the rice ready at the time you need it. I love finally having a rice cooker. It makes it easier because before having to watch and make sure rice didn't burn was a pain and I'm not a fan of microwaving rice. So this is great. Since we're a family who loves rice and oatmeal and all of that.

You just fill it as to how much you want to cook and set it and forget it and it cooks the rice nice and fluffy and also keeps it warm just in case the rest of dinner isn't quite ready. This cooker will cook up to 3 cups which is great for me and my husband. This will cook quite a few things, rice, oats, quinoa and it even says cake but I haven't tried that. Clean up is a breeze and it's not to big so doesn't take up to much room. I love tools that help make cooking easier and this is one of them

It's so simple to use and clean, and the rice it cooks is absolutely delicious. I can also warm it up with no hassle, and it doesn't get dried out/crunchy like it normally would in the microwave. This cooker is absolutely worth trying if you eat a lot of rice and love experimenting with new rice-based recipes like I do!

Measure, rinse, fill and go. The rice comes out fluffy and soft. Love the keep warm and sound feature,and you can set to silent. One thing I would change is a smaller spatula to fit inside when not in use.

The first thing is I love the amount if rice you can cook at 1 time up to 3 cups so perfect amount for my family. I really like the rice is cooked throughout the whole cooking surface so the rice cooks evenly. I also like that it keeps it warm to so easy to get the rest of your dinner cooked up. The rice cooked great and came out fluffy and not clumpy. This has a nice display so it's easy to figure out what mode of cooking you need. The inside lid is easy clean and so is the rest of the cooker. This does so much more than rice like long grain and Oatmeal and so much more that I can't wait to try out. This takes cooking time so much easier and that is the best part! This is a good size but doesn't take up the whole counter .

I like that is does the job for me, just set the timer and wait, don't really have to watch over it. Can also make hard boiled eggs in there too. I'm sure there is many other uses besides making rice. it is a great rice cooker.

I enjoy rice and quinoa but it can be time consuming to make that. This thing easily cooks those items without any fuss so I can go on about my day. Clean up is super easy. I also like the sleek design of it which allows me to leave it out and it matches my kitchen appliances so it doesn't look tacky. My only complaint is it is a little on the bulky side of things but I cannot imagine a rice cooker that is thin in design. Other than that, I'd highly recommend this rice cooker to anyone that wants a simple, no fuss, device that can cook your grains. It can cook a lot of other things too I just haven't tried it all out yet.
