Q: Again?! Again?! 2236 only TGT in the Phoenix metro valley not carrying item I want? Does.not.carry at all. Crazy. Dislike getting shipped items. Can walk to DV, not others. Why is this?

I am new to this product and purchased it on a good sale at Target. There are many good laundry soaps and detergents on the market. I choose this because I wanted something mild for more delicate clothing, lingerie and vintage linens. Sum cleans well and smells quite nice and natural. This is from a consumer who can't stand the laundry isle with the strong "fragrance enhancers". Who wants their home of clothing to smell like Gain a very fake and chemical smell? No thanks. This product is quite the opposite.

I purchased the Frankincense and Lavender detergent. I was super excited and wanted to love it, but it leaves a white residue on my clothes, which you can't see until dry and then it has to be rewashed. Extremely unhappy and disappointed. Unfortunately will not be buying again.
