Q: Looking at the two pictures for this set look different. One has no line where the handle attaches to the end and an oval shaped handle. The other has a line where the handle attaches to the end and the end appears to be square looking. Which one is it?

A: There is an abrupt curve at the neck of the flatware which gives the illusion of a line in certain lighting, but there is no actual line etched into the flatware. It's all one, continuous piece. The handles are squared on the end, but the corners are soft and rounded for comfort.

We love this flatware set. We put the matte finish Opus on our bridal registry several years ago and one of our guests purchased it for us. We love the way the handles feel and the shape of the fork tines. We looked through several sets of flatware and this one was the perfect choice. At this time we wanted to add more flatware to our collection and chose to add the shiny finish to mix it up. This flatware has stood up over time and is definitely worth it to purchase.

We've used our new flatware for about a week now and I am thrilled with them. They have a good weight distribution to make for easy handling. I love the simple classic design! This is much better than our variety of left over utensils from years of roommates that left a few incomplete sets. I really wanted the serving utensils along with enough flatware for guests and this was a perfect package so everything matches!
