ZWILLING Pro 5.5-inch Flexible Boning Knife

I bought the knife to trim fat off steaks and roasts. It is perfect and trims like going through butter.

Very sharp. My hand fits an XL glove and this handle feels very good in my hand. I like the 5.5" length and would use my fillet knife if I needed any longer. I love the concave curve at the back that will ring around a bone.

It’s absolute worth the money to add this to the set and there was already a slot for it. A quality flexible boning knife is incredibly useful instead of hacking at something with another knife that “works.” I have got along that way for awhile, but maintaining fingers became more important. Absolutely love this and all the other knives. Worth adding to your drawer even for the occasional use!
