From our humble beginnings, we have evolved into a leading supplier of a wide range of exquisite products, including nut pastes, marzipan/almond paste & butters, natural fruit artisan pastes & compounds, extracts & concentrates, Craft Purée®, Beverage infusions, Premium flavoring syrups, and much more. Our headquarters is nestled in Oxnard, California, and our unwavering passion for flavor and unwavering commitment to quality have allowed us to offer over 3,500 products to bakeries, ice creameries, chocolatiers, craft beverage manufacturers, restaurants, hotels, bars, and directly to consumers. The name "Amoretti," meaning "little love" in Italian, encapsulates the very essence of our company's philosophy.
