BrickOvenBaker has been supplying high quality pizza making ingredients and tools, along with pasta, bread, and pastry making products, since 2009. We are a small, first-generation Italian, family-run operation. We are passionate home bakers ourselves, and are always putting passion for the craft at the center of what we do. When we arrived to the United States, we searched everywhere for the products we used back at home to make our favorite pizzas and breads. Oftentimes, we could not find them. We would find ourselves traveling back to Italy with an empty suitcase, just to bring home our favorite flours, oils, or tomato sauces. We decided to partner with the best, family-owned operations in Italy to bring to all of you the same products we used to "carry in our suitcase". We did all the legwork, so you all could enjoy the same incredible, tried and trued products, that we have successfully used in many years of perfecting our craft. We know how big of a difference quality ingredients and tools can make in producing the perfect pizza, or loaf of bread. If you are anything like us, you are relentless in the pursuit of perfection.
