A: Hi Elizabeth. The Isa doll has wavy hair which is straighter at the top where the the hair is in pig tails. The Florence doll has very curly hair and is considered to have blonde hair, but it is darker blonde and may be a close fit to what you are looking for. Q: Some people are saying that Isa comes with an ice cream cone, but I yet to see one in the pictures. Can you please put a picture or clarify what they mean

A: Hi Christina! We would need to know which doll you purchased, as there are several Our Generation ice skating dolls. In general, Deluxe Dolls (that come with a storybook) are posable (meaning they bend at the knees and elbows), and all other dolls are non-posable (meaning that they rotate at the neck, shoulders, and hips, but do not bend at the knees and elbows). We hope this helps and that your daughter enjoys her gift!

I brought this about last week and there were no regrets! This doll is very flexible and has awesome hair I loved that you could build the pizza over again then it just being stuck to the tray. The roller-skates even worked too which was very surprising to me. Overall I love this doll 100% recommended!

I’m going to say that this doll is adorable and my daughter loved receiving her as a birthday gift BUT if the hair gets matted super easily and it will take you forever and a lot of work to fix it. This doll has super thick and wavy hair. It’s beautiful but high maintenance lol I actually have to maintain the hair for my daughter as she isn’t old enough to do it herself yet. So if you don’t mind taking care of the hair this is a great doll. If you want your child to brush their dolls hair and maintain mostly by themselves get one with straight hair instead.
