I thought this was a blue-black, where’s the blue? This just came out with a normal jet black shade. I had half black, half blonde to begin with, and neither side came out with any blue tones.

I have used this color for a while and always loved it but idk it left me hair almost reddish and it looks bad. I have a trip planned in less than a month and it looks like I’m going to have to get it fixed professionally.

When they changed the packaging and formula, they ruined it. I had used Color #42 for 20 years and it was the perfect burgundy color. The new formula comes out day-glo orange!

Wrong color. I used the virtual try on tool. I was expecting a medium brown with no red tones. My hair is now orange. My natural hair color is a dark brown. Followed the directions carefully. My roots are now orange and the rest of my hair is a slightly darker orange brown. I am so disappointed with this product. I have been using the dark ash brown with no problem. Now I am orange. This is awful.

When you lighten your natural color, these warm gold and red pigments are revealed. Ash minimizes the warm/red undertones. To cover it you'll have to go back to darker shade. Disappointed! I used this dye for many years and loved the medium ash brown. Unfortunately, the new formula did not cover the greys, and my roots are now a reddish brown with orange undertones. Also, my hair got very dry and lost its' glow. It basically destroyed my hair. Not sure how to save it and get rid of the orange undertones, this should not happen with a cool ash brown and zero coverage of grey hair :(

I used two boxes of the color 80 medium natural blonde. I think it really did what I wanted which was color the grays by my face and even out the light ends. The formula is thick and I ended up removing the bottle cap and just pouring it out into my gloved hand and spreading it all over and from top to bottom. I parted my hair in two sections and did the left, the right, the entire back, and of course, around my forehead where I have a lot of gray. While the directions state to leave in 30 minutes, I know from past professional experiences with hair stylists, that they are always setting the timer for 45 minutes for my hair. So, I left it in 45 minutes. I was going for a single color as there were three colors in my hair-gray, brown, and blond at the ends with complete gray coverage. I think it came out very nicely for my first experience with this brand and I am satisfied.

Horrible color! Do not buy this shade. It says ASH brown meaning no red or red canceling. It made my brown hair roots RED!!! So upsetting.

I purchased this product when out of town, realizing that I should have recolored prior to leaving home. My regular brand wasn't available in the store, so I tried Nutrissee instead. What a mistake. The color went on without a problem, but I know it wasn't going to be good when the final rinse persisted in draining red after a full 10 minutes of rinsing. 2.5 WEEKS POST COLORING MY TOWEL STILL HAS PINK ON IT WHEN I DRY MY HAIR. This color literally bleeds out in a noticeable way every day. I already have my regular brand waiting for me to return to it this weekend. This doesn't male me happy because I know too much coloring can stress the hair. Having to color again after 3 weeks is super annoying and a little worrisome. It's a shame too, because the initial color was really pretty. It just didn't stay in. I won't be buying again.

I had about an inch of brown roots with greys and the rest of my hair was a washed out fushia from a previous box dye. This dye didn’t cover the fushia. I still have roots although a slightly different color now. Waste of money.

My hair is naturally a light ash brown and I have a lot of greys popping up lately. I decided to try this hairdye, and it made my hair BRIGHT GINGER colour about 2-3 inches of my roots and the rest AWFUL red. My hair was all virgin hair, and it completely got ruined. I demand a response and a compensation for your horrible product and false advertising. I am horrified.

I've been using Garnier Nutrisse Cream (40) for years and loved it. Then they changed it to this ultra crème. My grey is not covered and there's a gold tone, almost orange, to it now. I'm very disappointed and will now have to look for another product. "Previous look" although showing my previous colour (40), is not the same colour.

Color is not the same as the previous version of #42 Deep Burgundy! It turned orange color instead of the usual burgundy! I’ve been using #42 Deep Burgundy for a long time thus I was surprised and disappointed that it’s not the same color anymore!!! Returned 3 boxes back to the grocery store.
