Wish I could rate this -1000. Gave me the worst copper and orange red roots and turned the rest of my hair very dark. Tried to neutralize it with a medium ash brown and the roots didn’t budge at all. This absolutely destroyed my hair. Don’t even know how I’m going to fix this. Please for the love of god do not get this hair dye.

I have used #73 Honey Dip for years because it’s so pretty and easy to use. This new design box has a different mixture in it, the cream is too hard. It’s hard to get out and it doesn’t seem to mix well or activate. My color is darker and mousier than it used to be. I don’t want to but I’ll have to use a different brand for my dark golden blonde hair color. Can you please go back to the original ingredients? I miss it!

So so so surprised and so very unhappy that this has changed colors. The new box did not prepare me at all for how very red my hair is now. I have used this color for over a decade now and I loved it so much. I haven’t bought any other in years but now I suppose I’ll have to start searching for something close unless it changes back.

I have been a long time user of this product. Am pleased with colour result but do not like the new version of the product as far as the packaging. The bottle’s applicator tip is too narrow and it’s difficult to squeeze out the product on to the hair. Found my arm was sore after the colour application.

I’ve used this for 15 years and it’s the only thing that counteracts the purple under my eyes and covers up my keratosis pillars. There zero caking in the creases which every other product does. I’m lost now that it’s discontinued! Please please bring it back!

Why did Garnier decide "New Improved Color" was needed? I've used, Garnier Nutrisse shade 535, Medium Golden Mahogany Brown (Chocolate Caramel), for years and LOVED it. The new formula is too thick and more importantly, the color is NOT the same. I was very unhappy with the results of your so called "New Improved Color". Sadly, i'm going to have to find another brand.

it did absolutely nothing to my hair. i have medium length curly hair and there wasn't enough product in one box for all of it, but i did absolutely douse my roots in it. it did nothing. i might as well not have dyed it at all.

I have been using this brand and color for years. My hair would always be so shiny and look so healthy… like virgin hair. They had to have changed the formula. First of all, the consistency changed. It’s like trying to spread wet Play-dough thru your hair and it drys quickly into almost a paste. It burned instantly. I rinsed after 30 min and have burn spots. That’s never happened before. When you rinse in warm water it like activates a chemical and feels like needles are poking your scalp. My hair looks so dull and is extremely dry as if I bleached it. Extremely bummed, I loved this brand. I’ll never buy it again.

My natural hair color is light brown, but I like to keep it pretty lightened and not too warm, so Light Golden Blonde sounded like the perfect color. It says it has 100% grey coverage, but I don’t have any grey hair, so I can’t say anything about this claim. It comes with an ampoule with 5 fruit oils to mix in and a silicone-free after-color conditioner to keep your hair healthy. I love that the product is cruelty free too! I had a rose color that need to be dyed with brassy under tones so I was happy with my results. This is closest to my natural hair color and it did not disappoint. The colour turned out a nice light blonde and covered the darker hair and my greys quite well. Went in smooth. I'll do again in a few weeks.
