I have used it for years. but recently i decided to stop buying, since there is *no safety seal*. i used to be okay with this for some reason. the last bottle i bought smelled like cinnamon. my eyes are swollen and i had to get a steroid cream. it could be my mascara, or this remover. i don't know. neutrogena - why do you sell this bottle completely witout a safety seal?? it makes no sense.

I have been using this eye makeup remover since high school so over 20 years and the product has stayed the same. The effectiveness has stayed the same. It takes off every single piece of your eye make up no matter how stubborn and waterproof it is.

Have been using this makeup remover for years, and still is my favorite. It removes waterproof mascara really well which I love, and a little goes a long way. The only downside is that it is a bit oily so definitely helps to use a face wash or other cleanser with it as well unless you don’t mind.

The scent is very faint it’s not too fragrances. It definitely cleaned the makeup off my face with little to no effort. The packaging is also a plus because it’s easy to put a cotton pad on the opening to get a little amount. It was pretty cheap in my opinion and i would recommend it, and definitely plan on getting more.

This will take off even the most waterproof eyeliner and mascara. I use this with a microfiber cloth and I am able to get everything completely off. If I use just a makeup remover wipe or other makeup removers I have to aggressively wipe off my eyelids which I know is not good for the skin so using this is a really gentle method for removing my makeup every night.

This works wonders. I use an Asian branded mascara that can be difficult to remove. This make is SO very easy to take off. I would recommend for people who have gentle or sensitive lashes. This removes the makeup so easily you don’t need to scrub hard and risk losing lashes. Also, I like how this one smells! Very light scent.
