I love my air pods. This is the first time to own a new pair. I always got my sons old ones so when I put them in the first time, they sounded amazing. I ordered these online because the young people in the store at Alabaster Alabama were too busy talking and on their phones to help me. I even asked for help. But they acted like they couldn't be bothered with helping me. I went to the store 3 times and finally just ordered them online. Air Pods excellent but customer service in store was terrible. Do better Alsbaster, Target! Do better!

Nice sound quality, I love the head tracked spatialized stereo feature. Fits snug in my ear and I can wear these to the gym without worrying about them falling out. Battery lasts long and having the case to charge easily is nice! Works seamlessly with iPhone and so easy to connect Bluetooth. I used to repeatedly buy the cheap Bluetooth earbuds from tjmax or even tiktok shop. These are way better quality. You should buy them on sale

So disappointed! I prefer the OG style AirPods but settled for these since they’ve been out of stock for awhile now. I’m so disappointed! Every few days have to completely “forget” them from my phone, do a complete reset, have them sit in the charger on the charger for 30 minutes, and turn off my phone and back on before they connect again😒. I can tell when they are about to do this because they start disconnecting from my phone and reconnecting for no reason. They slip out of my end constantly. Just a waste of money!! I’d love to have the regular ones again 😔
