Terrible smell! Yup it smells like urine! I can see how it felt moisturizing but just couldn’t deal with the smell. Washed it right off!

I have used this cream for over a year and it’s proven to do the job in hot and cold weather. Sand, salt water and flip flops can dry my feet but when I found this cream I no longer had to worry about that issue. In the winter with shoes on all day and night my feet need extra attention and this cream is it. I’ve tried many over the years but this one by far keeps my feet soft.

Was gifted this as part of a pack for Christmas. The foot cream smells nothing like coconut and instead smells like urine! Regardless of what it may do for my dry feet (why not also dry hands??), I don’t wish to smell like pee. Pretty disappointed.

I absolutely love it after taking a shower and scrubbing my feet well with a pumice or heel scrubber or whatever to make the calluses scrub off. Rub it on your feet and massage, and then put socks on and sleep overnight. You need socks or it’s just a little too greasy. But it absorbs so nicely overnight with socks on, and while you’re falling asleep your feet feel so good and tingly and just so nice. In the morning, it’s all absorbed in, and, it’s just overall such a great product. Even if you don’t use it that often it lasts forever and doesn’t go bad. I keep it in my bedside drawer and use it when I want to m-Which might only be every few months – It has been good for years and I still love it every time I use it. Amazing product.

I bought this yesterday, January 1st, 2025. After reading negative reviews about the scent of the newer version I was concerned. My previous tube, which I’ve had for maybe one year, did not smell great but was bearable. The new formulation is a big improvement in the scent. It’s pleasant. I don’t know what all of the fuss is about. The cream works to soften dry heels and prevent heel cracks. I like that it has natural ingredients.

I got this foot cream as a gift in a package with other Burt’s bees products. It’s my first time using it. It’s very thick and kind of sticky but it’s recommended to use it as an overnight foot cream and to wear socks. I hope my feet feel great in the morning!

So disappointed- put it on and immediately had to wash it off - I was gagging at the smell! It smells like a dirty public urinal. I asked my husband what he thought it smelled like and he said the exact same thing *barf!’

The smell isn’t great but it’s far from bad. Trust me. The results you will get from this product will be worth the little bit of work you’ll have to put in. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS: apply and cover like it says and let this product work. Because it does!! Love it!

It is effective as a foot cream, but it is thick and hard to rub in without having to use extra product. It is greasy, so I suggest wearing socks after applying. It doesn't Mell like coconut- it kinda smells like urine.

I agree with the others - BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA! I LOVED this foot cream. A small bottle lasts forever and was so so effective. It still gets the job done but I don’t want to use it because of the smell!! It’s so terrible. I asked several others to smell it, and they all agreed. So disappointing. I’m going to search high and low for the old stuff.

Purchased the Coconut Foot Cream yesterday as it was once one my favorite Burt's Bees products. I was a business owner and kept a large supply stocked of Burt's Bees products. That was before Burt's Bees sold to Clorox. So I didn't think it was necessary for me to read any reviews. Obviously, the formula has been changed. There is little to no aroma of coconut. Cut backs? I will not purchase again or recommend.

The smell reminds me of a moldy kitchen rag. Even though it’s thick it doesn’t penetrate into the skin. Saw no improvement on my dry skin. Waste of money.

This stuff used to be great. However, they must have changed the formulation. It used to have a pleasant coconut smell. Now it smells like coconut mixed with urine and mildew. I initially thought maybe I had a bad batch so a few months later I purchased from another store (Target) and it is definitely just the normal scent of the product now. Too bad because this stuff used to be a great product.
