For the price i paid for it, this grill has been amazing. As many people have mentioned the instructions are extremely difficult, some parts are assembled and the labeling is not well done. however, I dont feel like it's a reason to take away stars. Once assembled it heats up quickly, easy to clean and for a family of 4 it comes in handy on a regular basis!

manual was more of a step by step visual that was hard to follow as some of the parts were already pre-assembled and were not numbered/labeled so if there had been no picture could not have followed to assemble. The hose/regulator that was already attached is not long enough to safely attach to the propane tank in the position that is shown in the product guide and thus it also does not fit/rest on the bar support per the guides picture of assembly. Would not recommend this model/brand to anyone

I have owned several similar CharBroil grills, but this one appears to be of much higher quality. The Product Guide with its illustrations and Parts and Hardware designations is good., but I would have appreciated additional descriptive language.

So far so good! I'm mechanically inclined and it took about 2 hours to assemble. Great quality that I have gotten from last Char-Broil brand grills in the past which has made them my go-to.

I didn't want to get anything huge, so this is the perfect size for myself and my children. There are a lot of steps to put it together, but it wasn't too difficult and it took less than an hour. Very happy with my purchase!

Listen, this grill is a nice size and it works well but let me tell you. Not a single piece of this grill comes preassembled. You need to build every single little last inch. If you are buying this to use same day, either don’t or do so with about 1-1.5 hours to piece this thing together. It was not necessarily difficult, but most definitely tedious.

It might have served its purpose if I was able to assemble it. The first step of assemble couldn’t happen because the screw holes didn’t line up. Back to the store it went.

Charbroil this is a joke. Missing parts that are on backorder so grill cant be assembled.

I’d give it a zero if I could. Didn’t get past assembly step 2 when parts were missing (leg supports) which are on back order from Charbroil. So no chance of getting this grill assembled in time for our event this weekend. The instructions have no text just pictures which adds to the frustration. I immediately returned. Target had 2 more new in box but I’m not taking a chance that all of the parts are inside. I’ll go elsewhere.

I thought all the reviews about the poor quality of directions and trouble with assembly may have been exaggerated, but alas they are accurate. My husband who is quite handy commented on how poor the directions were. And some of the parts were also pretty terrible. Assembling took two hours. The build is acceptable but don’t expect quality craftsmanship. Originally we were going to wheel it back and forth to protect it from the elements but will probably just keep it in place. You get what you pay for, bare minimum. But grilled hot dogs and it did its job. If you need a grill for a small space or don’t want to invest too much, this is acceptable.

I'm on step 2 of assembly and I'm missing a rod for part of the frame, #25. But the parts list on the website has a different part with call tag 25. Not sure what to do.

Come on people, at least include written instructions not just pictures. People in my generation know how to read. It would have been so much easier with the written word along with diagrams.
