I love this protection spray but the scent is the best part.

This is magic in a bottle. I used this before blow drying and pressing my hair, and my hair didn’t even produce that smoke. I used a flat iron on over 400 degrees and not even a little steam came off my hair. I got this after seeing a tiktok and this was the best decision ever

Leaves hair oily. Scent is more masculine.

Very sticky and leaves a nasty residue on the hair. The smell is pretty good but the sticky hair, not so much. Will not buy again

It’s great but use sparingly, a little bit of a thicker formula and I accidentally sprayed too much and it left a tacky feeling on my hair the first time. So with this product, less is more!

Absolutely awful. Leaves a residue on my hair and also makes it tangled and difficult to brush. I've tried it 3 times with different leave in conditioners to mitigate and it's still terrible. Threw it away and would never repurchase

This is the most cosistently relaible heat protectant I've used so far. Sometimes it can make my ends feel a little dry and as it nears the end of the bottle it seems like it comes out more in droplets than as a spray and that can be annoying. It's also a little pricier than I'd like, but no matter how many others I try that are cheaper, I always come back to this one. It never feels too heavy, doesn't seem to leave a residue, and appears to actually protect my hair from heat damage. Which is something a lot of products marketed as heat protectants actually fail to do. Overall, this is a trustworthy product that has never disappointed me.

I like how this product gets my hair as straight as possible when blow drying. I find that when I sit under the steamer for 20 mins, use a leave-conditioner, detangle, dry in small sections, it is less sticky and leaves my hair soft and straight after blow drying.

75 yr. old on Social Security - was pleased to protect fine hair from heat damage. HOWEVER, used only 1/3 of the spray bottle & it STOPPED spraying! Cleaned nozzle, etc. Quite expensive since 2/3 bottle is useless!

Honestly, I'm not sure if it does anything as far as protecting your hair - but it smells good!

I'm going to keep this short and just list why. Also the picture was taken right after attempting to brush my hair. I washed it last night aswell so there is no grease build up or product build up. Just Chi and only Chi in my hair. - Takes forever to dry -Makes my hair stiff and staw like, no matter how little I put in -Makes my hair unbearable to bush, my hair is sticky clumping. -Along with sticking to itself, my hair keeps sticking to my neck in individual strands and it is torture peeling them off. -The smell is very chemical-y and gives my a headache. -It is so heavy on the hair, I have fairly fine hair but the product makes my hair feel like it's being weighed down. -It also makes my hair extremely firzzy. -The smell is very chemical-y and makes my head hurt.

I wouldn’t recommend. Just like all the other comments state, I’ve heard great reviews however it leaves your ends feeling harsh. It gets tangled and hard to run your fingers through.

Smells good but left a gross film on my fair and made it really tangled. Can barely brush my fingers through my hair.

Does not work, I got a whole bunch of split ends everywhere after using this and my hair is extremely brittle and dry now. When you spray it on your hair gets all sticky and makes your hair knotted during the day. This does none of the things it says. My hair was healthy before I started using it. Now it’s dead.

I bought this heat protector because it's so popular and I've heard nothing but good reviews. However, after giving it a try, it left my hair sticky and tangled. It kept getting stuck to my straightener, and I've never had that happen before. I can't put my fingers through my hair without yanking it

It is a great heat protectant, nonsticky, and helps to add body to hair.
