I highly recommend this supplement if you are dealing with night sweats and hot flashes. My doctor wanted to put me on hormone therapy which I didn’t want to do. After a lot of research I came across Evening Primrose Oil. I thought why not give it a try? It took about 10-14 days to see a difference and let me tell you it has completely taken away my night sweats and hot flashes. I wasn’t getting ANY restful sleep until this came into my life. I take one capsule after dinner. I’ve been doing this for 6+ months and I’m so grateful I did my research and found this supplement. It has been life changing for me.

I was recommend this medication from the emergency room doctor. Due to a breast cyst. She also said it help with cramps, and she takes it for her menopause. I think it did help with a combo of meds to relieve breast pain. I tried to take it 3 times a day with meals, or a least a cracker. It does seem to work for me. It helped my period pain and breast issue.

I have LPR, which is a form of acid reflux. I took one capsule since digestive issues was cited online. I was up ALL night with a sore throat and congestion (symptoms of LPR) and an still suffering this morning anytime I eat. MISERABLE. Was really hoping this could help with night sweats, but I'll keep those over this misery. 😭

I was looking for an OTC option to help with Perimenopause hot flashes/night sweats. My night sweats were so bad; they were to the point I was waking up w them nightly. A friend recommended this supplement. I did not know anything about it, but I was willing to try anything! I noticed a difference within the past few days. I have used this for about 5 months now. I don't have hot flashes anymore. I have PMDD and went into perimenopause. Wow, that was cruel! LOL! Anyways, I did some research and decided to try some EPO and I am glad I did. It worked for me. Good luck to you!
