Q: if you use these for swimming, and don't put your head underwater, but they get wait a little, is that ok?
A: Is it IPhone Compatible?
submitted byCristina - 1 year agoA: Hi Rudy, thanks for reaching out about JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones. Listening to music while in the water requires waterproof headphones made for swimming. And while most earbuds are made to handle some moisture — like protecting against a sweaty workout — they are not made to handle extended periods of time in or underwater. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: How often do these shock you when you take them out of the case? I realize current will flow through the charge ports but my old buds never shocked me like these did. Not something I want to live with
A: We'd be happy to help. Please email us at support@jlab.com.
submitted byJLab Audio Team - 2 years agoBrand expertA: Hi, CC! Regarding your question about the JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones: Good news! These earbuds run on a 3.7V battery, which is incapable of penetrating skin. You should not be able to feel a shock from these headphones! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact MyTGTtech at 877-698-4883 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
submitted byPatrick - 2 years agoTarget expert supportA: I have 2 pair and had one before these, and never had static shock issues with any of them. And I have experience this type of shock with other stuff in recent years. These have been super safe for me
submitted byMayjay - 1 year agoA: I’ve had these about two years now, never once have I been shocked taking them out the case

Q: How do you charge headphones.
A: What is a standard charging port?
submitted byKC - 6 months agoA: The earbuds charging in the charging case. The case is charged via the built in cable in any USB-A charging port.
submitted byExbocks - 2 months agoA: There is a flexible plug attached to the back of the case which you plug into any standard recharging port. These earphones last a very long time on a single charge.
submitted byDeemper - 10 months agoA: The charging cord is a standard USB A plug. We recommend that you plug this into a laptop/desktop to charge or a wall adapter to charge them up.

Q: My headphones are not charging,
A: Hi Reyna, thanks for reaching out about JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds. It's definitely frustrating when your JLab Go Air Sport earbuds aren't charging! This is a common issue with wireless earbuds, and there are several troubleshooting steps you can take. Let's go through them: 1. Check the Charging Case: Is the case charged? This might seem obvious, but if the case itself is dead, it can't charge the earbuds. Plug the charging case into a reliable power source (wall adapter, not just a computer USB port) using the integrated USB cable. Look for the indicator lights on the case to confirm it's charging. It should light up (often blue or red while charging, then solid blue when full). Try a different charging source/cable: Sometimes the issue isn't the earbuds but the cable or the power adapter. Try a different USB port, a different wall adapter, or even a different USB-A cable (if you're using an extension or adapter). 2. Clean the Charging Contacts: Earbuds: Look at the metal charging contacts on the bottom of your earbuds. Case: Look inside the charging case where the earbuds sit. You'll see corresponding metal pins. Clean them: Use a dry cotton swab or a clean, soft cloth to gently wipe both the contacts on the earbuds and the pins inside the case. Dirt, dust, earwax, or sweat can create a barrier preventing a proper connection. You can also use a toothpick carefully to clear any debris from the pins in the case. 3. Ensure Proper Seating in the Case: Make sure each earbud is seated correctly in its corresponding slot (L for left, R for right). The magnets should pull them into place. Sometimes a slight misalignment can prevent charging. Try wiggling them a little or taking them out and putting them back in firmly. Check that the case lid closes completely. 4. Reset the Earbuds: A factory reset can often resolve charging and connectivity glitches. Forget from your device: Before you start, go into your phone or device's Bluetooth settings and "Forget" or "Unpair" the "JLab GO Air Sport" from your list of connected devices. Place in case: Put both earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open. Quick tap 7x: Quickly tap the touch sensor on one earbud 7 times. The earbud's LED light should blink blue 4 times to confirm the reset. Repeat for other earbud: Do the same quick 7 taps on the other earbud. Its LED should also blink blue 4 times. Remove from case: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud should show a solid white light, and the other will blink blue/white, indicating they are ready to pair. Re-pair: Now, go back to your device's Bluetooth settings and reconnect to "JLab GO Air Sport." 5. Check for LED Indicators: When you place the earbuds in the case, you should typically see a red light on the earbuds themselves (or through the transparent part of the earbud) indicating they are charging. Once fully charged, this light usually turns off or changes to blue/white. If you see no lights, or odd blinking patterns (like red and orange, as some users have reported for other JLab models), it suggests a charging issue. 6. Acclimatize (Temperature Issues): If your earbuds have been exposed to extreme cold or heat, they might not charge properly. Allow them to return to room temperature for a while before attempting to charge them again. If none of these steps work: Contact JLab Support: If your earbuds are still under warranty, or if you've exhausted all troubleshooting steps, it's time to reach out to JLab's customer support. They can provide further assistance, offer more specific troubleshooting, or arrange for a replacement if the product is defective. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
