Smells weird, definitely wouldn't waste money on purchasing it again

This is a really great conditioner! I have used this product for quite a while now and it has always delivered! I have never had any issues with dry scalp which is a typical problem for me. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best shampoo & conditioner I’ve tried and I’ve pretty much tried them all. I have long fine thin wavy hair and it not only cleans my scalp well and makes my hair soft but also doesn’t weigh it down and it smells so good. My scalp doesn’t itch and I notice a significantly less amount of hair falling out in the shower when I use this. This conditioner is very moisturizing but not heavy. I notice longer have any knots, I used to get so many.

I used to just grab something off the shelf that was the first thing I saw, but now I search for this. The smell is amazing and it makes my hair feel so soft and clean. I now buy all Kristen Ess hair products

The packaging is easy to grab in the shower, the cap is a little hard to press down to open, always needs a 2nd press to really open the cap. Thick bottle but soft at the same time so easy to press out the product without hard pressing..

It’s for all hair types but my hair being more fine medium texture, too much can weigh it down. So it’s important to use a smaller amount first and add more as needed.

The combination of the 2 are absolutely amazing. This leaves your hair feeling so soft and so hydrated. It really smells amazing too.
