Lenovo Slim 7i 14" 2.8K Laptop Intel Core i7-1260P 16GB Ram 1TB SSD W11H - Manufacturer Refurbished

Computer had a screen glitch which would occur every once in a while so computer was operational but defective. Since daughter bought this for school she needed computer and did not return. Unlike Dell, Microsoft or Apple, Lenovo does not have in person support at major universities, it has to be sent in. We waited until summer because computer came with 1 year warranty, but Lenovo completely disregarded (I had a video of the issue from close to the purchase date) and insisted on billing us. In my view the warranty was essentially worthless. The price on this computer was good, but in retrospect, I would have purchased a laptop through the University. It would cost more but support would have been much better.

This was an EXTREMELY disappointing purchase. This refurbished laptop arrived relatively quickly, but when I opened the box it was obvious that it was damaged. The plastic bag in which the laptop was wrapped was split open at the corner and I could see that the laptop housing was bent - clearly from being dropped. It was also pretty obvious that the damage occurred after it had gone through the refurbishment process, because the bag the seller wrapped it in was also damaged. Some fool dropped it, and then decided rather than face the music for screwing up, he'd put it in a box and let the customer deal with it. So now I get to waste time returning this damaged laptop to Target and waste even more time shopping for a different, non-refurbished computer.
