A: Hi, target reached out to me to answer your question because I've purchased this item from them. I am also an independent makeup artist, this primer can be used on any skin TONE. If you're wondering about skin types as well, it's best for normal, combination or dry skin, you can use it if you have oily as well, I just think it works best on the first three I mentioned. It's more on the hydrating side and it is one of the better primers at the drugstore. Hope this helps!

I really wanted to love this. I liked the smooth texture initially, but this has a strong white cast. I’m quite pale and this still was very white on me.

Sheer product that leaves skin with heavenly glow, with or without finishing with foundation/concealer! The texture is somewhat powdery, although not overly pigmented. There is no scent. It can packaged just as photo shows, sealed with a small piece of foil on opening!

This primer made my foundation so silky smooth and blurred out any fine lines that might have popped up! If you have the estee lauder double wear foundation this is the exact primer to use with it. This is hands down one of my favorites!

This is my go to primer. It’s is a nice satin primer on my normal to oily skin. I like it more than high end ones because it works just as well and it doesn’t make me breakout. There’s no significant scent which I like because scents can be irritating on my skin.

my makeup lasted the whole night out. I have been struggling so much with separating and this completely fixed the issue. The bottle is small but you only need a tiny amount of product to cover your whole face. This is silicone based, so don’t rub! Press it in for the most blurring power. I have very oily skin and every other primer I've tried make my skin shine a little after I applied it. Angel veil has been PERFECT! it doesn’t feel heavy, the white stuff a few reviews talk about blends with your make up. Since I have very oily skin I use mineral powder and it has been a perfect combination.

So, here's the deal... I have purchased at least a dozen primers, likely more. And while many of these primers do a fine job hydrating my skin and keeping my makeup in place, none of them have blurred the large pores I have on my nose and cheeks. I have very textured skin (as you can see from the pic) and Angel Veil is the first primer that has hidden my pores and worked on the rest of my face. I usually need to do two separate primers - one for T-zone, and another for everywhere else. But not anymore... this one does both! I am so happy I finally gave this one a try - its a keeper! The attached pic is 9 full hours after I applied my makeup. I cannot remember the last time my makeup looked this good after that long. Recommend!

This primer gives such a smooth, flawless look. It’s not too heavy even for my combo skin. Definitely apply a moisturizer before priming so it doesn’t dry you out. Works great with setting powder/spray after foundation application. Lasted me all day!

after cleansing and moisturising my face I applied this primer. As I try to spread it, it immediately beads up and separates before applying any makeup. adding makeup just made that worse. although the texture feels nice and looks promising, it made my makeup separate and look awful.

This is a life-changing product for me. I'm 57 and always get compliments on my perfect skin when I wear it. My skin is NOT perfect (sun damage, fine lines), but this really helps. A tube also lasts surprisingly long. I started out only wearing it for special occasions because it looked small, but a little bit goes a long way. The only caution I'd use is that I am white and relatively fair. It might go on chalky for someone with darker skin. With my complexion, makeup hides it fine.

I liked it at first but realized that it's clumpy and leaves your face feeling weird. I have dry skin and this seemed to make it more dry, noticeable dry!!! Would not recommend for dark or dry skin.

At first this primer felt like a fluffy cloud and I thought it would be the smoothest primer I’d ever used— and then it started to crumb on my skin almost immediately. I’ve been troubleshooting and it does not matter what I do, the primer leaves sticky, tiny clumps wherever it’s applied. Very disappointed, don’t recommend. Returning.
