I saw the difference it made in my face. I really stopped taking care of my face and boy did it get ugly. I wasn't doing my best self. I say it works. Restored my face. And my hubby totally saw the difference. He complimented my face. Btw I don't have acne just blemishes once in awhile so it's not really for acne in my opinion.

This product has ruined my skin in the two weeks I’ve been using it. At first I wasn’t sure what was causing my skin to be so dry, my pores to be clogging, and my tone to be splotchy , but after eliminating every other potential cause, it’s this!

I've repurchased this at least two times, and each time I generally think its okay, but not a "wow" product. It's just a normal face wash---the kind you can keep in your shower and use liberally without feeling stingy about it washing down the drain right away. I have oily skin, so i like the fact that it foams, and the scent is nice. But in no way do I believe it "revitalizes" anything!

I have dry skin that tends to get oily buildup (not sure what that would be categorized as - combination?). This foaming cleanser works very well to clean my face, it's rather soothing as well especially when I have breakouts. It does not leave any residue; only a feeling of clean and refreshed! Since using this morning and night, my face feels softer, moisturized, and dry spots that occur around my mouth and flaky skin on my cheeks have been clearing up. I'm very happy with this product! I also use it with the olay face scrubber, and this combo works so well. I also love the scent. Smells wonderful without being overwhelming. 10/10

I instantly disliked Olay Total Effects Revitalizing Foaming Face Wash (the Scented version), but since I'd JUST come back to Target to return another Olay facewash that was crap, I'm just keeping this one. It takes at least 2 go 'rounds with a quarter-sized amount of this wash to truly clean my face, and I don't even wear a full face (ex. foundation). The $2 off offer made this significantly cheaper than my expensive, beloved Pacifica, but do the math...

I bought this due to the reviews, but was disappointed. I've used only moisturizers for years and I highly recommend the hyaluronic acid one. The fragrance on this face cleanser was overwhelming and it was very liquidy. Didn't feel like it was based on natural products and my skin did not seem improved. I purchased from another company that is organic and only uses vegan ingredients. What a difference. This cleanser was a disappointment.

This is my favorite cleanser as it is effective but gentle. I definitely notice that my skin looks brighter when I use it! I use the original Olay moisturizer after, which preps my skin perfectly for the day, whether I choose to wear makeup or not.

Used for 3-4 months and didn’t notice a difference, I also used the same exact face moisturizer and didn’t notice a difference with the duo. Could still clean dirt/oil off my face with a witch hazel toner pad after using the face wash (couple times a week I used an exfoliating pad to wash with the soap).
