A: Hi! Thank you for the great question! You can absolutely use a toner before and a moisturizer after Overnight Glow Serum. Overnight Glow Serum contains a concentration of 20% glycolic acid to help exfoliate and improve skin texture. We would advise you to use a more nourishing / soothing toner and moisturizer. Check out Rose Tonic or Hydrating Milky Tonic and Rose Ceremide Cream - all great options to use alongside Overnight Glow Serum. We hope this helps!

Q: Is it safe to use this product along with facial waxing? I get my eyebrows waxed every 3-4 weeks and was wondering/worried that this would make my skin too sensitive for waxing the way retinol does.

A: We would recommend waiting 24 hours after waxing before applying this product since it contains Glycolic acid. The skin may still be sensitive due to the waxing.

A: No Need to wash this product off. This products absorbs nicely into the skin. Massage 2-3 drops onto cleansed, toned skin before moisturizer. Make sure to apply SPF in the daytime, especially when using a product with Glycolic acid.

A: Yes, you could use it every night, but I use it every other night because I use a retinol cream as well. So I switch the two back and forth. But this is a great serum and definitely gentle enough for everyday use.

A: Hi Taylor, this is an overnight facial serum that exfoliates and renews skin thanks to the formula's 10% glycolic acid content. It does not contain any physical exfoliants or beads. Glycolic acid works by sloughing away dead skin cells at the surface to reveal brighter, smoother skin in the morning. Since glycolic acid can increase skin’s sensitively to the sun, we recommend applying a sunscreen in the am before makeup application.

I cannot use retinols or any type of acne product as I have very challenging sensitive skin. I recently had a bad eczema rash that then turned into painful cystic acne due to a product I used to try to help it. This is the only product that has quickly and significantly decreased the breakout. It's a little burning feeling when you put it on. All you need is a drop for your whole face. It deeply hydrates without feeling greasy. The texture alone makes it a night product. But OMG waking up to better looking and healing skin is amazing.

Beware! I don’t have sensitive skin and I use a wide variety of skincare products without any issues, but i used this serum as directed and it caused the worst breakout I’ve had since middle school. Totally clogged my pores and ruined my skin barrier. I had to work with my dermatologist to correct my skin. Took about 3 weeks to correct. Based on the reviews, it sounds like it’s effective for some people. But personally, it was the worst skin product I’ve ever used.

I use a lot of different skin care products and I feel like this is one of the best. I don’t use it nightly, only when I feel my skin is looking a little dull. A night or two using this and my skin is right back to glowing! Pixi makes some really great products!

I really like this serum it is nice and thick and applies well and leaves my skin feeling really soft and refreshed without leaving a residue. The only problem I have is with the packaging, the bottle I nice and good quality but the dropper is kind of difficult to work with.

This made me break out a little for the first times i used it and i was using the glow tonic as well. But i used for the second time and my skin responded so well to it and significantly reduced the big painful acne bumps that i had. I woke up with super Glow-y healthy looking skin and my acne calmed down and looks better. I am excited to see how much smoother and Glow-y my skin will get with continued use.

Did not use long enough to know if made a strong difference in my skin. Had to stop as made my skin itch as well as did not like the feeling of it on my face as I slept. VERY THICK gel formula. Felt very slimy on my skin as well as I did not feel it sink into my skin as a serum should. This should be marketed as a treatment NOT a serum. Serums are to sink into your skin not sit on top. I don't know. I just didn't like it so I returned.

This product does what it says, it gives my skin a great glow and leaves it hydrated when I wash it off in the morning, but the formula is awful. It's a thick, sticky, uncomfortable mess that never completely dries down. There are so many great glycolic products out there that don't cause my face to stick to my pillow, so I won't be buying this again. Also, the packaging is awful. The dropper stopped working after a few uses, so it was impossible to get all of the product out of the bottle.
