The lavender oil offers a therapeutic, soothing scent whilst the blend of cocoa and shea butters work to moisturize and soften the skin. Formulated with other ingredients such as witch hazel water and kaolin, the face mask helps to reduce the appearance of enlarged pores and cleanse away excess oils. With easy application, the Que Bella Relaxing Lavender Face Mask is the perfect de-stress treatment, ideal for winding down following a busy day.
How to: cleanse your face with warm water and pat dry. Apply the mask with your fingertips. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes or until completely dry, then rinse off the mask with warm water and gently pat dry. Dispose of the packaging responsibly.

A: Hi Hannah, to use our Lavender Mud Mask all you need to do is simply cleanse you face and pat dry, apply the mask with your fingertips, leave for 15 minutes or until dry and then rinse off with warm water. Would absolutely not recommend. Like others im now seeing and reading about, it turned my face so red and it’s hot to the touch. My face started burning after only having the mask on for a minute. I instantly knew something was wrong and scrubbed it off to find my face bright red. Ouch!! Not skin calming at all!!

This product sent me to the ER! Used the mask Sunday night, face felt sunburned Monday and by Tuesday my face was covered in rash and hives (as shown in picture.) My mouth and back of throat became swollen. Went to email company, email is on back of packaging and it’s not a valid email. Messaged them on Instagram and no response. Now having to take 3 day Prednisone. Do NOT use this product! It doesn’t even deserve the one star!

The worst product. I am not allergic to anything!!! I wish I would have read the reviews first. My daughter bought this mask for us to have a spa day. Within 2 mins our face started burning. By 3 mins we were both fighting over the sink trying to get this off. Our skin is now RED and has a chemical burn!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

For all the people with bad reviews, you may have sensitive skin, be using the mask past its expiration or leaving it on too long. I gift these all the time and people love them. I put it on and felt a burning sensation on my face. Luckily i quickly googled the product and saw the same reviews. Immediately washed off my face and i believe i managed not to damage my skin barrier like others did. Also too much perfume used in product
