Description
Give your traditional bookshelf a modern update with the 9 Cube Organizer Shelf from Room Essentials™. The shelf has a particleboard frame and has 9 cubes that give you sufficient storage space to keep books and decor items. The cubes are big enough to hold fabric storage bins too. You can use the top surface to keep plants or a key tray. The storage shelves have enclosed and open cubbies that you can fill in a variety of different ways, add the colored fabric boxes and now there is a colorful decorative touch.

Not AT ALL the same quality as before. I decided to rebuy this when my first one finally became wobbly after having it for over 4 years and moving 3 times with it. I used to love things from the Room Essentials line, as they were cost effective and still got the job done well. But the quality is sadly no longer as good as before. This new one is extremely thin and wobbly. It would absolutely never hold up like the old one did. Don’t even waste your time building it because it just collapses.

I bouthis for my sons room after putting it together I found it was very wobbly and I even had my husband make sure the screws were tight enough we ended up putting extra screws so it would hole up better but it was still not as sturdy as others I had bought elsewhere and now it looks let's just say not great. Stay away from this one next time I will buy a different brand.

I purchased this same shelf a couple years ago and had no issues. The one I purchased recently is very wobbly/not sturdy. I even took it apart and put it together a second time just to make sure I wasn’t missing a step or screws. Also, when inserting the screws, the wood stripped immediately. I’m not sure if this will hold up.

Arrived damaged and only option is to return. Need more options other than just returning it for small blemishes it’s a pain to have to go through a whole return and repurchase. Feel a small credit or something would be better for small issues like this that do affect the value of the item but can be hidden if the customer wants to keep the item.

Damaged it had 3 corners cracked. I got it on sale so I am not sure Target marks items low due to being damaged or it was damaged on route

Good but i wish it was a little better particle board but we will see how it holds up also the caps for the screws are a bit of a pain bc the screws dont go in far enough and if you try too hard you will strip it in the particle board. Luckily I didnt do that.

I love these cube organizers so much that I have 3 of them! They’re really versatile and very nice quality too! It does take 20-30 minutes to put together (for just one person) but that isn’t too bad!

First bought this 10+ years ago when they had sturdier wooden dowels. This new inflation-adjusted version has cheap plastic dowels that make the unit prone to collapsing. Happened to me at the end of assembly and see it happened to another reviewer. Garbage 💩

Assembly is easy. You don't actually need 2 adults, per the instructions. A star gets deducted at the end for only having 5 out of 9 backing pieces. I thought the picture was some aesthetic nonsense, but I had to go jigsaw pieces of cardboard to fill in the gap.
