This storage bench with back is made from all-weather resin, making it ideal for the outdoors. Its stay-dry design prevents this resin patio bench's contents from getting moist or soggy. A: This item is water resistant, keep in mind the panels are not insulated and are not airtight .

I am typically happy with Suncast products, but this bench disappoints. The plastic is flimsy in some areas, and the seat is so shallow, it looks like a bench for children. The overall look is very cheesy. I tried taking it apart so I could return it, but I could not.

Easy assembly -- nice look. I purchased this to be a seating and a sleeping area for my outside cats. I will be cutting 2 cat-sized holes in the base to give the cats ingress and egress to the storage area. It is a great bench for the price and function.

If you are fairly strong this product would be a "snap" to put together. I thought I could since the directions are straight forward and the pieces clearly marked. I thought I was doing great until the first 3 pieces fell apart. I guess I won't surprise my husband after all.
