I used this item for the first time today and I absolutely HATE IT. At first the water didn't flow then it kept clogging up with my dogs' hair. I had to repeatedly stop action and start again. Not much floor surface was cleaned before it was time to empty the dirty water. I want to return the item.

This mop is so great! It helps me clean my house so fast but I do wanna be honest there are a few things to consider before buying this mop! As much as I love this mop there are some drawbacks but I don’t want you to think it’s a huge deal breaker. I bought this because I wanted to invest small instead of buying something big and not liking the brand but after my experience with this mop I will invest in the better newer version! First the battery life is such a huge down side you have 20 minutes to clean the entire house, I usually have no problem with this, however, I am very forgetful and sometimes when I’m tired, I do forget to plug the mop back in, which is such a pain when I have to use it the next day. The mop is easy to clean if you forget to clean though you will regret it because there will be a smell when you mop that’s left on the floor, so make sure that you always take your things apart and soak it in bleach (except the filter sponge wash that with soap and let dry) I find that soaking it is the fastest way to get everything clean and scent less! Self clean mode is great but after a big job you really should clean it deeply. Another thing is if you have films on the floor from packaging let’s say like make up (in my case the film from the pimple stickers) it might not pick it up and you might get it stuck in the mop! Lastly, it comes with only one brush with it so I might suggest getting another roller brush just in case you want to switch from hardwood to tile I’m a little particular about what I use for both floors (I know it’s not recommended but I really love using a cap and a half of Lysol concentrate with the unit and I’ve had no problems just don’t use anything sudsy it won’t work and will gunk up your unit)

I have some regrets. Tineco seems to be the hype in floor cleaners but this specific one left me having regrets. The battery life is horrible, you MUST clean it every single time throughly and I mean ThROUGHLy because if you don’t, it leaves a rancid smell after. It’s so awful that it left me gagging the first time I experienced this and i immediately went to review and this seems to be very common. For these reason I am wishing I would have went with something else.

I absolutely love this contraption. It does a wonderful job cleaning and is incredibly easy to operate. The only SLIGHT con is cleaning it afterwards, I guess, but the self-cleaning feature does half the work. Our entire first floor of our home is tile and I’m able to do the whole ≈2,000 sq ft on one charge (though I do have to fill the clean water tank again halfway through the job). I highly recommend this vacuum/mop.

It’s been absolutely amazing to use on our wood floors. We sweep/vacuum first, then go over it with this and it works great. Wish we had gotten one sooner with our dogs! We also got it on sale, definitely worth the price in my opinion. The only downfall we have noticed, is it has leaked a couple times randomly. I don’t know if it’s because we had it filled too much, or possibly not latched as well as it should’ve been. Other than that, love it!

It only vacuums and moms at the same time: you can’t chose one or the other. If you have pets stay away bc it gets clogged easily with dog hair. Not super durable

My first Ifloor 3 lasted less than 2 years. Tineco had me send it in, and they sent me a refurbished unit. That unit lasted only 8 months. They say my only options are pay them $106 to repair mine or 10% off a new vacuum. If they can't repair the vacuum, they will dispose of it and refund my $106. If you look at their Ebay listings, seems they are making a business off of this 'repair' scenario and selling refurbished units at a heavy discount. Avoid this brand at all costs.
