Q: Why are the buff sponges so much thinner and softer than the previous ones? They aren't as good at exfoliating and cleaning as the older sponges. The price went up and the quality went down. I don't mind paying more, but why change a good thing?

A: YES, THESE CERTAINLY ARE REUSEABLE!!!!! I KEEP ONE FOR A MONTH AT A TIME USING TWICE DAILY, 60 TIMES USE THEN I REACH FOR A NEW ONE! I WASH THEM WITH ANTIMICROBIAL FOAM SOAP THOROUGHLY, THEN DRY. LOV

A: SMALLER THAN A COMPACT BUT LARGE ENOUGH TO GENTLY BUFF OFF DEAD DRY SKIN CELLS, NEEDING TO BE EXFOLIATED. SOFT AS A CLOUD. I'M IN LOVE BUT OLE TARGET DISCONTINUING THEM!

Like others have stated, this product is nothing like the original. I used them for many years and loved them, but this new product does not exfoliate and only lasts for one wash. I thought it was my imagination or that I bought a bad batch, but the reviews confirmed that I am not alone in my opinion of these. They are useless.

I have been purchasing/ using these facial buffs as part of my facial cleansing routine for over 10 years and all of a sudden went to replenish them and to my surprise they are no longer buffs. I can't call them buffs because there is no buff in them. They are now more cloth like and fall apart after one use. Such poor quality. I am so disappointed in what Target did to their brand. I will now be looking for alternatives. I hope that Target takes these comments seriously and can go back to providing their customer with a quality product.

I’ve been using this facial buffing pad for years and loved it for its quality and effectiveness. Unfortunately, the recent changes are incredibly disappointing. The pad is now flimsy, poorly made, and doesn’t exfoliate like it used to. It feels cheap and ineffective compared to the reliable product it once was. I won’t be repurchasing unless the quality improves.

Just as everyone else has said, the quality has gone down immensely. Barely exfoliating anymore, now just a slightly scratchy cotton round. Please fix it!

The changes made to the Up & Up facial buffs are terrible. So disappointing. I used these every day for years! As so many other reviews have stated, these are thin, fall apart the first use, and are too soft to scrub. They resemble a cotton round. Please bring back the old product. If you look at the reviews the past few months, every one of them is a 1 star. I'd rate a zero star but that was not a choince. The average star review is only as high as it is due to the old great product reviews of a year ago. No longer a customer.

I've been purchasing these sponges from Target for years now. This last batch that I purchased are made of very poor quality. They are not the same as they were in the past. They do not clean my face the same, and they are too thin.

These pads have changed in the worst way. I used to purchase these regularly but I won’t be purchasing them again. Instead of a scrub, it feels like rubbing a wet cotton pad over the face. It doesn’t feel like exfoliation at all. I wish target would bring the original scrubbers back.
