This is so far my favorite sleeping aid. I’m so immune to all kinds of sleeping stuff cause I took too much before and nothing can help me sleep anymore until I discovered this. It helps me sleep smoothly and especially does not give you the zombie feeling in the morning.

Be careful when drinking this stuff. If you have to get good rest drink the right amount and let your body rest. Just be aware that you won’t really get a warning before you realize its already the next day

Helps me sleep like it says. It’s Diphenhydramine so it’s the same as what you’d take for hives or allergies. Makes you sleepy. You should lay down after you take it so that you’re all ready to sleep

I was never a heavy melatonin user, but the couple times i've tried it, it never did the tick. A friend reccomended zquil and this thing puts me to sleep within 10-30 mins depending on my activity level. It does not make me drowsy in the morning which is great. I will say, do not depend on it (I take it maybe 1-2x week if I really need to go to sleep) AND do not take it if you're only going to have 4-5 hours of sleep!! I would take it if your're going to sleep for more than 6-7+ hours OR take a smaller dosage by half if youre going to sleep less than that because it might make you drowsy in the morning. I take it by 11pm or 12 and wake up 7-8am normally and that works for me.

I’m a light sleeper and have a hard time falling asleep but it’s much easier now that I’ve found ZzzQuil. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t taste like cough syrup. It works fast and definitely helps me fall asleep faster and sleep better. It feels so much better after a good nights sleep!
