I have ADHD, I've struggled with major depressive disorder for nearly 12 years (and I'm only 24), and I deal with a lot of day to day stressors. I've tried other melatonin supplements with no avail, including just using straight up NyQuil. The first night I truly thought it was useless, but my therapist encouraged me to give it 14 consecutive nights. I'm SO glad I did! I sleep amazing, even if it's from 1am-6am, even when my upstairs neighbor stress vacuums at 3am, even when there are 5 firemen in my apartment because my mom smells gasoline (these are a true events). Not only that... it's helped me manage a breakup with my first boyfriend, my mood has improved dramatically, my road rage is diminishing daily, and times when I'd fly off the handle, before, I just sigh and carry on, now. It took about 10 days for my body to get adjusted to it. Like I mentioned earlier, the first time I took it I bc was literally up until 6am the next morning. The next few times I took it, I had fight it to stay up in the mornings (luckily I was wfh). On night 9, I took my gummy and was out just 30mins later and woke up refreshed, and that's how it's been ever since! Bottom line it is, this worked amazingly for me, and completely surpassed my expectations! I'll tell anybody who'll listen!!

The taste isn't as bad as people make it out to be imo, I do tend to be the type to eat or take things that are good for me even if they don't taste good so that could be why it's tolerable. Aside from the taste, these work every time I take them. I only take a couple when I really need a good night's rest and they haven't failed me. My mom on the other hand has to take meds to sleep and I was hoping these would replace them but they just didn't work for her unfortunately so it depends on the person. I think it's worth a try though!
