This tasted very pleasant to me but I felt very jittery and shaky after drinking about 2/3 over an hour or more, and I drink caffeine (normally around 80mg) pretty regularly. As there was no actual caffeine content amount listed as most drinks do, I reached out and received a quick response from Atkins. They informed me there is 70-80mg of caffeine per serving, which surprised me as I expected higher due to my jitteriness.

I was a little concerned that these would remind me of a different "diet shake" I used to drink. They don't. At all. They're creamy and tasty, without the mixing involved in those other shakes. My neighbor warned that I should drink them instead of my coffee because of how much caffeine they have, but I didn't notice any caffeine overload.

I usually drink the dark chocolate royale and saw this ice coffee caramel shake on the shelf and decided I would buy it next time. After reading the reviews, you can forget about me buying it. First of all I am very sensitive to caffeine and second from reading the other reviews, the taste is horrible and others recommend you go back to the previous version - no caffeine and better tasting.
