It is smooth, not BAD tasting, but could probably benefit from a different sweetener to make it taste less diet-y. I’d certainly recommend it to anyone wanting an easy meal replacement.

The 30 grams of protein is an easy addition to my day. Helps me attempt to keep up with my needs. The probiotics of this shake have replaced my need to use a separate probiotic. I’ve had regular bowel movements without any of the normal issues associated with no longer using a probiotic. I’m happy with my purchase. The vanilla is better though.

I don't know what kind of voodoo they had to do to make these taste good and I don't care. No chalky feel, no weird after-taste, 30g of protein, 190 calories, 2 net carbs, AND 7g of pre-biotic fiber! These are a game changer. They are so filling. They have helped me stick to my Atkins goals and get a better night's sleep, AND they have fixed my mid-day nausea issue. HIGHLY suggest!

I’ve used Atkins intermittently for the past 10 years and not solely for weight/hunger control. I strongly dislike the taste of protein, which is why I strictly use this brand and Slim Fast. I needed a protein supplement post-procedure to help my body aid in tissue/muscle repair and Atkins came through with their 30g! Taste is the only deciding factor when it comes to supplements for me. And this is more than palatable!

This one has a smooth texture that is NOT gritty at all. It has a good consistency. It’s not overly thick. It’s easy to drink and has plenty of protein. 30 grams in each container. The 11 ounce size is great for on the go and is so convenient! It supports muscle and gut heath. Bottom line is that it tastes great and is not too sweet.
