Love this shampoo it so silky and smooth

I am currently on my 4th bottle of this shampoo. Before this, I was using the Ouai Clarifying shampoo. While that one is okay, this performs so much better and it’s way more cost-effective. I have not switched since I started using this. I use it once a week and it leaves my scalp feeling squeaky clean. The smell is gorgeous! However, it is very strong and it lingers on your hair for a long time. So, I would not blind buy this. It’s best to smell it in person!

As I love all of her products that I have tried, I decided to give this a shot as I needed a good clarifying shampoo. I do like it but I was not overly impressed. I don't use it every day but two times a week. I use it in the mornings after I leave an oil treatment in overnight. Regular shampoo wasn't cutting it, so I bought this. It cleanses and removes the oil better than my regular shampoo but I can still feel the oil on the underneath. It smells good and does lather up nice. The bottle socks. I am about halfway through it and the bottle is completely smashed to the point I am worried it is going to get a hoke in it. They are probably trying to recycle which I do appreciate but it dies need to be a little bit higher quality. I do like this and have purchased a lot of the Kristin Ess products multiple times but I do not see myself buying this one again.

The product functions as expected, but it’s not particularly remarkable or exceptional. I don’t dislike it, but I’m not overly enthusiastic about it either. Interestingly, the Neutrogena version performs similarly to this one. Additionally, I perceive this product to be slightly gentler compared to other products I’ve tried.

When I first tried this shampoo and conditioner at my sister's house, I really loved it and ended up buying one for my house. This made my hair feel weird and sticky. I thought I didn’t rinse it thoroughly, so I washed my hair again and took my time rinsing it, but it made it worse. I ended up using clarifying shampoo to remove the residue from this shampoo. I totally regret it. It's very expensive too.

I have finally found the right shampoo and conditioner. I love the smell and the way it cleans my hair. it is worth my money. If you’re looking for a good shampoo this is it.

Horrible chemical/dish soap smell! I wanted to love it because at first glance it checks all the right boxes and smells ok, but when u use it, it leaves your hair feeling and smelling like dish soap! The smell is horrible and it makes your scalp really itchy! I would pass on this one!
