How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.
Tip: If my hair feels more oily than usual or if I've used a lot of styling products, I like to shampoo twice.

I bought this line for a change in my haircare routine. I’ve been using the shampoo for about two months now and I’ve been noticing that I’ve started to have terrible itchy skin around my neck and hands. My scalp is super itchy the next day after using it as well as oily. The line seems like a salon brand, but I wouldn’t use it. I’ll be going back to what I was using before!

I have been troubleshooting shampoo as a possible contributor to my itchy, flaky, bleeding scalp along with red, rough, bumpy skin on my face. I have gone through no less than 20 shampoos in the past 3 years and this is the first one that has left my scalp NOT itchy and my face smooth!!! I've only used it once and my scalp and face can feel the difference. I woudl give it 5 stars but knocking off 1 star for the scent. For a product developed for sensitive use, it they should eliminate fragrance and use something gentler.

I hated the smell. It smells like a fake coconut scent. It left my hair very greasy but my ends were still dry. I do like their clarifying shampoo and hair mask which smells great and is what prompted me to try this. I will be returning this product and not purchasing again. Very disappointed

I’ve used this for about a year and for a month now all of a sudden the back of my scalp becomes SO waxy right after my hair dries from my using this. I thought it was from other products I was using until I used a different shampoo and had absolutely no waxy feeling. I then tried this shampoo again and then my hair became waxy again. So this shampoo is definitely the issue and this is the only product that really touches my scalp. So disappointing and honestly gross that this product builds up like that on your scalp. Smells good at least

I workout enough to get my hair sweaty almost every day, and this is just the product I needed. I have fine hair that doesn't do well with dry shampoo or any other dry-application product, so I need something to refresh my hair in the shower without tiring it out like a full-strength shampoo would. It doesn't clean as well as a general shampoo does, but that's probably a good thing because that means it's not drying out my hair! It's plenty clean to get through the day. My routine has been 4-5x/wk of this product interspersed with 2x/wk of a full-strength shampoo to give my hair a reset.

Please check the reviews for this brands hair products!!! How many are influenced to write a review is mind boggling and then all of those reviews end up at the top. Don’t buy this brand! Major hair fallout on me AND my 10 year old!!!! Crazy to think this is even safe to put on the market. Something is definitely wrong with the formula. I couldn’t resist trying because it smelled amazing, but within 2-3 weeks major hair was coming out of both or heads. We did not end up finishing the bottle and threw it away!!!!! Stay away…..

Immediately after washing my hair with this shampoo it becomes really soft and smooth, but after frequent use I realized that my hair was becoming insanely greasy and frizzy within a day or two. This shampoo is really only a short term thing and shouldn’t be regular because my scalp and hair has never been more oily, irritated, and frizzy after just a few hours of not washing it. I’ve now switched to another shampoo and no longer have this issue.

I get daily buildup at my roots. I know shampooing every day is not recommended, but I feel very uncomfortable if I don't wash my hair each day. This shampoo has been such a lifesaver. It cleanses the oils by my scalp and causes no damage or dryness to the rest of my hair. I have naturally wavy hair, and I am starting to see my waves come back after years of damaging them with over washing. I will definitely be repurchasing this shampoo.

i absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner. it makes my hair feel like silk! the scent is a perfect light sweet smell that subtlety lasts through out the day. it makes my hair look shiny as well. and it lathers amazingly in the shampoo and conditioner. i have noticed much less scalp flaking since using this. this gentle formula is much better than the original one that is too scented and harsh in a way. buy this one!!!!!

Horrible. Spent close to $50 buying the shampoo, the conditioner, the clarifying shampoo and Micellar water. I have a very sensitive scalp and was hoping that this would be the answer to my problems, but it was quite the opposite as I woke up at 2:30 am horribly itchy. Waste of money. Can’t wait to throw this away.
