Since I have straight and oily hair, none of the hair products I’ve tried before worked as well as this one did. My hair is even more straight, shiny, my split ends are almost invisible and also my hair is not oily anymore.

Very first time I tried using the online app for purchases! Wrong items were scanned and bagged. Re-entered store to show Target employee, which she refunded and apologized, but did not offer to either retrieve or ask another helper behind the desk to get them for me. Encouraged me to go get them myself. Was hoping for a quick in and out on my way to work. Only 1 or 2 items on shelf available. Disappointed with it all.

I used to LOVEEEE this shampoo but after they changed the packaging I hate it for that reason only. The conditioner itself smells beautiful and leaves my hair soft, the new packaging is flimsy and smooth and slippery in the shower. My toddler dropped it once and the cap immediately broke, new packaging is cheapy.

I have relaxed hair that easily gets dry, so I have to use conditioners that add much moisture. This conditioner does the job superbly. It also adds strength and silkens. And it smells heavenly.

I have fine, 2c waves. When I use this product as the label suggests it works great. I add about a quarter sized amount to my clean, wet hair, squish it into my ends, then let it sit for a couple of minutes. I add a bit more water and the tangles come right out with my fingers or a wide tooth comb. I still have to be gentle when removing shed hairs but my hair is nice and slippery and after rinsing it's easy to comb through and style. Doesn't seem to cause any noticeable buildup. I find the scent a bit odd but it's not a deal breaker for a product that works this well.

Worked great for my hair! My hair gets bad knots and tangles super easy and I didn’t even need to use a detailing spray after using this. I also let it air dry and it felt soft and shiny. It’s worth a try! (I have fine color treated hair for reference)

Made my hair look gorgeous, but realized after awhile that it was causing hair breakage and I was loosing so much hair that I had to switch conditioner and now my hair is fine, so proceed with caution.

Used this in combination with the shampoo and I lost a lot of hair. I had thin, long damaged hair when I bought it but cut my hair because I felt self conscious because of how much hair I was losing. If you have hair like mine DON’T BUY IT!

This conditioner left my ends feeling very dry. I saw another review saying it smells like port-a-potty water and honestly I agree! Once you notice it, you can’t unnotice it. I was using the Hyaluron Plump hydrating conditioner before which is good but I wanted to try this one out for a change. I’ll go back to the hydrating one!

I didn't hate the Dream Lengths conditioner, but I was super disappointed by it because it has "Super Detangled" right on the front of the bottle and for me that wasn't the case at all! It conditions and detangles like any other low budget drugstore conditioner...nothing super about it. Such a let down when they make such bold claims on the front of the bottle. I'll keep searching for something better to help with my long hair tangles.
