This shampoo is just horrible. It made my hair a frizzy weighed down mess. The only thing about it that was good is that it smells wonderful. You would think a company like L’Oréal who has awesome makeup could make a finer hair product than this. Deeply disappointed in the product and the company.

My hair was easy to comb out after my shower but this conditioner literally had NO SMELL at all. That was shocking for me, I love to smell conditioner so I was like searching the bottle to see if I accidentally got unscented. Maybe the bottle I got was just super old?

This is one of the best conditioners I've ever used! I have very thick, coarse, curly hair that gets matted if I go for a few days without washing it (I can't comb it when it's dry, and always detangle it with a comb in-shower after applying conditioner). After nearly a week without washing it, this conditioner allowed the comb to go through my hair like a hot knife through butter! AMAZING! Fresh scent is nice, too- better than L'Oreal's usual non-descript Elvive scent.

I have 3B/3C curly hair & it is naturally dry, so I frequently play around with hydrating products. This one checks off all the boxes! It has a nice slip, which my fingers can easily glide through. I have very little knots when brushing AND it leaves my curls very soft and bouncy.

I have very fine, dense hair that gets tangled and weighed down very easily. This conditioner has a ton of slip to get rid of the tangles in my hair while still being lightweight enough to not weigh it down. I can immediately feel the difference in softness and volume.

At first when I started using this it was so good for my hair, my hair was always soft and hydrated after using. THEN my hair started falling out in huge clumps, I switched up my conditioner and my hair stopped falling out. Don’t let this fool you!

Greasy, heavy, crunchy TERRIBLE. Will never use again. Weighed down my hair and left it clumped, crunchy, and oily. Was very well rinsed, didn’t use much product, on very clean hair. No heat was used and allowed to air dry. Brushing didn’t help. Just rewatched with another shampoo and conditioner and I can still feel the texture from this conditioner. TERRIBLE

After I wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner it makes my hair soft and shiny. I can run my fingers through it afterwards without using a brush. It is great stuff I wish they made a bigger bottle of it. It’s awesome but it use is you won’t regret it.

This is really high quality "drugstore" conditioner. It made my hair really soft and healthy looking which is saying A lot because it has been so dry and damaged looking lately and no other conditioner has helped. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the scent - I really hate the scent - it is a very heavy, spicy floral. Some may like this type of scent but, I hate it. It actually makes me nauseous, it is so bad. It ruins this otherwise wonderful conditioner for me:(

The shampoo and conditioner combo make your hair look like you haven’t washed in in 3 weeks. My husband and I both had to rewash our hair after this. I tried it a few more times (we were out of our other shampoo and conditioner) and it was the same result. This is terrible!!
