Joovy Room Playard and Nursery Center

We’ve never done a crib and this has worked for both ba ies until they can sleep on their own floor mattress/bed. Perfect.

Locking mechanism is horrible. Don’t waste your money on this product.

This pack & play is sturdy, roomy & stylish. The changing table is a comfortable height for average adults. Set up is easy but fold away is not. 1. My finger got trapped pushing the button to collapse it causing great pain while trying to extricate it. 2. I need both hands to release the side rails & had to do this more than once per side while the sides kept trying to reopen before it collapsed completely. It is very cumbersome. I dread trying to wrestle it back into its tote bag. The sides keep sliding open & it needs a strap or bungee cord to keep them closed. My grandson slept comfortably in it & his mom found the basinette & changing table convenient but after one use I'm not sure the pain, frustration & hassle to use this is worth the expense. I can't imagine a postpartum mom trying to manage this alone. I hope it gets easier with practice.

After reviewing tons of pack and plays, I’m SO GLAD I registered for and received this one! I’m 30 weeks pregnant and was able to set this up on my own with very minimal issues (I’m not a handy person by any means). The quality of this product is AMAZING and I love the attachments it came with! I’m very excited to put this to great use after my son is born!

I love the big size of this all in one playard, my daughter who is 19months is still taking naps in it and she loves to play in her space. It is spacious but does not take much room, good design. It is easy to pack up and so convenient for travel.

I have watched countless videos of how to set up this and other pack and plays, and I don't know if I received a faulty model, but the sides of our Room2 are incredibly difficult to lock. Every time we have needed to set up or disassemble this pack and play it takes us many MANY tries to get the sides to lock or unlock. I wouldn't recommend or make this purchase again.

I have had this for almost a year now and LOVE everything about it! It was great as a bassinet during the newborn stage, easy to set up and take down for travel, and makes a great ball pit for my little one to play in while I unload groceries. I had an issue with the mattress later on and Joovy sent a new replacement mattress - it was so easy to coordinate. It is heavier then other play yards I have used but you can tell that the frame is sturdy and it’s made of great quality. I love that it is safety tested and meets multiple standards and that my little one can’t tip it over even when trying to climb in/out of it. The storage attachment is incredible and it is very nice to have a firm flat platform to place babe items on. I would recommend this play yard over and over again!

At first I thought it was just me having issues, but after having my husband and multiple other people try to put together/take apart I realized it is not me, but the product. The product itself is very well designed and taking apart/putting together the ACTUAL pack-n-play part is very easy. HOWEVER, putting together/taking apart the accessories (changing pad and parent organizer) was a complete NIGHTMARE. The plastic rail attachments for the changing table were impossible to put on and two of them still were not able to click on. Trying to undo the bars to fold the changing table back up are also impossible to get unclicked from each other. The parent organizer only clicked in place on one side so it was not even functional. Pack-n-plays should be easy to put together/take apart and not require multiple people to put together. I’ve used other brands before and never had an issue. Will definitely be returning this. The ONLY reason I gave it two stars is because the product is very sturdy. Very disappointed considering now I have to take the time to return this heavy box.

Mattress pad is so incredibly lumpy I don’t feel safe putting my newborn in this! Children under 1 require a flat surface to sleep on and for $200 for a playard this should be perfectly flat. Will be contacting Joovy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this playard! Even though our girl is still small we have been able to use it for lots of things. Most recently, we used it as a backdrop for our daughter's 2-month-old pictures! It's so functional that we will have it at our family's house for when she visits there. Since it has a place for her to sleep, be changed, and have storage! So glad we have this and can use it for years to come! It was a bit hard to put together but I think I was too excited! haha

I really want to love this playard because I am usually a fan of Joovy products. I have used their high chairs and walker in the past. However, we have had issues with this playard. Mostly with the sheets not truly being waterproof. I bought this specifically because of the waterproof sheet, so I wouldn't have to worry about the mattress getting wet or moldy when my baby spits up or pees through his diaper. The first time my baby spit up on it while sleeping, it soaked right through the "waterproof" sheet. I contacted Joovy and they were kind enough to send me a brand new mattress and waterproof sheet. The second sheet ripped where the elastic was after only one wash. Again, Joovy was kind enough to send me a new sheet. Excellent customer service. However, basically, we are on our second mattress and third sheet, and again, my baby spit up while sleeping this morning and it leaked through right to the mattress. The concept is great but the sheet is not actually waterproof, and it's becoming a headache. Thankfully he hasn't peed through his diaper on this sheet yet. Not looking forward to that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down the best thing for baby/toddlers and parents alike. I keep it in the living room while I'm cooking for cleaning and am still able to keep an eye out on the baby. Its also very practical and useful as I'm able to pack it up and take it to my mothers house or to a hotel when we go away for the weekend. It fits nicely into the corner of any room but when I'm at home I keep it in the middle of the living room. Its so functional and easy to wheel into any room that I'm in at the time. I highly recommend this product!!

YEW! Finally after multiple attempts and trial and error… we can finally say we found the perfect Pack and Play. We go down to visit/stay with the in-laws a few times a month, so we utilize every function and really rely on this as well as all its functions. It truly is an “All-In-One” that does not cut any corners or limit itself on functionality, and is not a sore on the eyes. Some of the best features & takeaways for this p&p are the following: Organization Station/Storage Shelf- Such a intuitive layout to keep everything organized and accessible when time is of the essence! Mattress-This was our true selling point where my wife and I looked at each other and we immediately gave the green light…she actually slept in this !! the other P&P’s we tried, for whatever reason she would wake up the second we would lay her down. This one she treats like her own bed and STAYS ASLEEP. I am glad this was a reasonable price tag because that alone would be enough for me to spend a silly amount of $…can’t put a price tag on sleep! Overall ease of use/setup/take down-Love how functional and user friendly this is to setup and breakdown. It’s not like an inflatable mattress where the only time you can fit in the bag is when you buy it, nope it folds up and fits in the carry case smooth sailing EVERY time, it’s sleek and simple. This pack and play truly is one of my most essential and most used items that benefit both the baby, as well as me and my wife. It’s a great thing to roll in style and confidence with this item wherever we may go…this will always be coming with us.

Received this as a gift, and although we haven't used yet, the quality seems exceptional and it's very sturdy. We received it with the changing table clamps missing, however, customer service quickly took care of sending us the necessary parts to attach the changing table to the top. Thank you!

I love this play yard so much. It’s so roomy and has so much to offer. I have a newborn and a 2 year old who both fit in it perfectly. I love the diaper changing table and there’s a Large added compartment for diapers where I can fit both sizes for my two kids.

It’s so amazing to have the changing table so easily accessible, it hangs over the side when not in use and flips up, it makes this the perfect play yard for keeping set up at grandparents house! I love that there is storage on the other side for diapers/wipes and some outfits/whatever else is needed (and means I don’t have to haul around as much stuff!) Also, want to note how easy it is to change between bed heights - simply snap or unsnap the clips and remove the infant level and then it can be used for my toddler! The only downside (but not really) is it isn’t the lightest, it comes with a nice carrying case, but it’s still heavy to haul around, but it’s not really a downside to me because I plan to keep it set up mostly!
