Nice umbrella, well made. However, umbrella is too heavy for the post and legs. Have to use cinder blocks to keep grounded. Any touch of wind the umbrella wants to fall over.

The build is awful. This umbrella is extremely top heavy & will not stay in place. We had to use a cinder block to hold it in place so thay it would not tip over into the pool. We even tried screwing into into the deck & wouldn't hold. It is not stable at all so when the wind blows the umbrella moves it & whips around will not stay in place. Terrible set up, it seems like it'd be great but it is not. I will be returning, worst money spent. Just get a regular umbrella & skip this.

This item is a hazard and literally a risk to adults and children. After putting up this umbrella within 2 days the frame cracked and fell over. When reaching our to target they offered zero concern or compensation which is equally concerning.

Purchased July 2, 2024. Assembly was straight forward. When I mounted the umbrella in the included base it immediately wanted to tip over. The 2 flimsy pieces of metal which makeup the base will not support the weight of the umbrella. I installed in a 85 lb cement base and the slightest breeze tipped it over. I suspect you would need a 150 lb base to hold this umbrella. Returned it.

This product is ok for the price I got it on sale for 60% off. Do not buy at full price the stand requires a lot of weight on it or to be securely fastened with concrete anchors. Obviously review botted with almost all 5 star reviews being fake

There are no operating instructions. You can move it up and down, and rotate it from left to right, but you CANNOT tilt it. Therefore, it only creates shade if the sun is directly above the umbrella. This completely defeats the reason I had purchased this specific umbrella. I had also purchased the heavy duty base that is made for this umbrella, and filled the base pieces with water. One day while I was working outside, I had the umbrella opened, and it would have flown away if I hadn’t caught it. It wasn’t very windy at all. It moved all of the pieces of the base, and disengaged all of the locks.

It's a pretty umbrella. Set up was easy. Instructions were missing. The weighted base wasn't included only 2 crossbar. Can't use till we find something to weigh it down

Out of the box, the base of this umbrella never really laid flush with the ground. Even with a 150lb base, this umbrella is very unstable. Twice in the short time I’ve had it, it has blown over. I will be returning this item.
