The alignment of the sides of the drawers is not even and there are several blemishes on the edge of drawer face panels. Doesn't quite meet their usual product standards we've seen in the past.

One of the baords (F) for the upper drawer was cut incorrectly and cannot be aligned to the rest of the drawer. Of course, this wasn't obvious until it was mostly assembled so my options are break it back down to return it or hope it won't take six weeks for the manufacturer to send me a new part. Also, the walnut color is much greyer than it appears in the photo.

It was time to replace our old metal filing cabinets in our home office. We fit the contents of 4 standard size file drawers into this one lateral file cabinet. I like the style with the metal legs and the color was what I expected, but the simulated wood grain is a little more rustic or distressed than I could tell from the pictures. It did take several hours to assemble. We had no problems. We completed the look with the 2-door display cabinet. I am happy with both for the price we paid.

I needed to upgrade my old two drawer filing cabinet and had purchased the matching desk earlier, so this was a nice compliment to the room as well as function. . While the desk was super easy to put together, the filing cabinet was a bit more challenging, but not at all difficult! I'm not super handy at putting things together, but the directions were so well laid out that it wasn't too bad. I did take a bit of time putting it together (maybe a couple of hours), but I love how it looks and it is a good quality piece.
It works, but the drawers don't close flush with the cabinet

I gave two stars because the item does serve its function as a storage cabinet for files, but it doesn't work properly as the drawers do not close flush with the cabinet, so it always looks like I have neglected to close them all the way. It looks bad, but it works. I was offered a refund if I returned it, but kept it because I didn't want to have to assemble a new one.
