Missing Hardware

Opened the box up the night before my sons birthday to put it together & all of the hardware was missing. The only way to get ahold of Costway customer service is by email so now I’m stuck with no birthday present for my son. I guess open up the box awhile before you plan to put it together to make sure you have all the parts

The bike itself is fine. But the nuts/bolts seem a little touchy. I was trying to adjust the seat and ended up stripping the bolt and will have to get new hardware. User error? Yeah, probably. I've never stripped a bolt but what do I know. I guess the point is adjusting the height is a pain, even when it goes right.
