This product is made from poor materials. Pressboard is not sturdy. Veneer does look nice but it is very thin and fragile.

Went together very nicely. Great and easy instructions and all hardware was there. I did have to order 2 replacement shelves as the white strip was on the wrong end but it was no problem calling Saunders and getting them shipped out. Extremely pleasant actually to talk to. It's for my grand daughters bed and she loves it. While the full size bed that this headboard will be used on does work and the brackets do connect to the bed frame, I wish they made it in a full size only. Also I should have measured the height, as with the newer thick mattresses, the back shelves actually get covered over by the pillows. The height is included in the description so this isn't a negative on Saunders. For the price it's a nice headboard. Oh, I should say it was packaged very nicely and secure.

I read in bed every evening because it's warm and comfortable, and my dog can snuggle up beside me. This bookcase headboard holds my mini-split remote, my iPhone, my iPad, my Kleenex, my eyeglasses, my books, my electric blanket control, and more! I did raise it up 4" with furniture risers because my queen-size bed is a bit higher than normal. It took me just over an hour to put it together, and I'm an 80-year-old grandma.

it is beautiful and fairly easy to put together but a peice of the wood was gouged out and then the dowels were bent and the cam was stripped or something so had to wait before putting it together but they ate fairly easy to order the bad parts

The product is as described. The color is lovely, easy adjustable shelves, good height, and 3 optional holes at back to pop out (slightly perforated) to access or place electrical cords. In addition, instructions for adding hidden wireless charging stations on both sides (need to purchase wireless chargers separately, link in instructions). It looks nice! Lastly, it arrived on time and in good condition, was well packaged.

This headboard looks really nice once put together. Only took me about an hour. Directions were great. New adjustable base bed coming tomorrow. We will see how this works with that; description said it was compatible.
