I bought the 20 lb barbell for myself, after my 12 yo asked for a weights. I didn't want weights he could adjust, he was uninterested in this. I bought it for myself. When it arrived he decided he wanted to use it. Now I'm back to my dumbbells that feel heavier because they are small, I prefer the barbell since it is easier to lift. Highly recommend, may get 40 lb, just don't like to hoard stuff.

I would love to give my review on this item if only I’ve received it. I’ve tried twice to order this item and for some reason the carrier they use “UPS” never seem to deliver it even if it’s “out for delivery.” I would not be using this company for any future fitness product, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This kind of unprofessionalism never happen to me with any prior company.

I love the product will buy a heavier one. The only complaint I have is in the shipping. Yall sent a smaller box with the weight in it in a box big enough to put my couch in. Box was so destroyed Im surprised it wasnt delivered empty bc my weight fell out. So damaged, someone elses parcel was inside the box. Do not put small, heavy items in swimming pool sized boxes. Thank you.

I like where the bar has curves for holding. They are wide enough apart so I don’t feel pain in my wrists when I do upright rows and bicep curls. This barbell is made of good quality material. It arrived within a few days of ordering it.

I've used Synergee barbells at my local gym and found them to be well made, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. So when COVID safety restrictions closed/limited access to my gym, I decided to invest in a few of these barbells for a home gym. They don't take up much space and offer a lot of versatility (bicep curls, chest and shoulder press, tricep extensions, back and shoulder shrugs, etc). Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wish they were offered in 5 lb increments (particularly a 35 lb version).
