I work in a high pace area on cement floors and my legs hurt me so bad when I get out of work. When I come home and warm up this bag it takes a lot of pressure off my legs and relieves the swelling this has helped me tremendously I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TruHealth Hot and Cold Gel Packs came with two packs in the box. They have definitely came in handy around our house. I keep mine in the freezer and grab one out anytime we need one. They are very versatile in there use, as we’ve used them to place on heads and necks with migraines, on my back when I need extra pain relief, and on the kids numerous aches and pains. I haven’t used them hot yet, but we hardly ever use heat to treat aches and pains, cold seems to help us better. They are a good large size and cover anywhere we need them too, such as the forehead, neck, lower back, knees, ankles, etc, with room to spare. The Gel Packs have a soft cover and when frozen aren’t stiff. They are soft and pliable, which I love because they easily lay on wherever they’re applied. After using them we clean them and pop them back in the freezer until the next time they’re needed. To clean them, I wipe them down with a damp cloth. They are a great addition to our aches household.

It holds heat and coldness for a long time for adequate pain comfort and its flexible design helps the pack literally mold to your body. It's the perfect size for all injury types and is a high quality pain easing pack that virtually fits every discomfort need.

They’re nice but definitely make sure they lay completely flat in the freezer otherwise they freeze in a lumpy way and it’s hard to get them flat until they defrost again

Simple as heating the pad up in the microwave or you can cool it the freezer and I placed on my back and the relief was amazing.

I use it after the gym cold and my wife uses it after a long day on her back for heat. My kids have used it for heat on their stomachs when they were sick. It is very cool to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, how exciting to find TWO gel packs inside the box! I typically just use a heating pad, but sometimes it's not convenient. And the only gel packs I've ever used before were the self heating type with the little disk. But this one also can be used cold! I love the size. Perfect for laying on my stomach and laying it across my shoulder area. I'm getting older and noticing more aches and pains. These will be the first I reach for from now on. Just way more convenient. My son has stomach trouble a lot -- mostly I think it's just a nervous stomach. But I've been warming this up (instead of the plug in heating pad) and laying it on his belly. He likes it better because he says the heavier weight of it is more comforting, like a little hug. So take it from me and my 8 year old, we've been doing heat therapy wrong all our lives. Got out and buy these already!

They can either be warm or cold and they aren’t too heavy and lay flat in the freezer which is a huge bonus for me. I’ve used them warm for cramps and cold for a pulled muscle. They are soft to the touch as well. I’m very happy!!

The frozen pack works great! It’s large enough to help with back or neck issues, and the texture is pleasing. I haven’t used it hot yet, but I imagine it’ll be great as well.

I have not tried to heat them yet, but I assume this works similarly to my old packs. That said these are more solidly built than my other packs are. They conform to your body really nicely but are not that thin material where your afraid whatever is inside will eventually leak out. These aelre quality for sure!

I like to use this product on my neck and shoulders after I get done from work since they hurt sometimes. I like to keep the other pack in my freezer incase one of my kids gets hurt and needs the pack. This is a great set of hot and cold packs I recommend them.
